the song and the video really don’t have anything to do with each other. They are good separately though. There was a video from ghost in the shell to a song like ten years ago maybe, kinda reminds me of that. I don’t like it when artists go for cartoon videos though, its like who even cares :P

I LOVE IT…It’s Britney’s life being shattered to pieces and just when they thought they had sunk her down to drown her Brit jumps back to life and all the men start trembling when they see her come back to life while The Beast with the Red Eyes is Mark Vincent Kaplan and the other evil beast is Kevin Federline that at first looks handsome but then immediately turns ugly and evil because he was being a hypocrite to her at the beginning showing one face when in reality he was another and she kicks all their asses in the end…the army of beasts trying to drag her down are the paparazzi and at also when she is about to kiss herself is symbolic of the kiss she did with Madonna but in this video it is Britney kissing Britney taking her own life , energy and essence back. At the end she jumps right into VICTORY after having to had fight and struggle against all the evil and meanness…To Be Continued…because this is just the beginning of her comeback. She is healing and getting stronger now!!!

I believe she is talking about her vows with Kevin when the video clearly blinks on “Breach” over and over since she trusted him and he just used and abused her to get ahead…even if he is being a decent parent now…He still tried to destroy Britney to move up in the world.
P.S. These are just my opinions and what I saw in the video and what it meant to me.

The Video was like a scene from a Japanese Anime, in fact the video was meaningless and I was bored shitless. The only reason why this video was animated was that Britney was to lazy to get off her FAT **** to make a proper video.

It has probably been said already but I’ll say it again. The Break the Ice animation is a shameless rip of the Ghost in the Shell manga . The two are so much alike in terms of style and subplots that I smell a lawsuit is coming.

Her own idea, akin to toxic, yer right! This video is a Ghost in the Shell rip off from start to finish, the song even sounds like the start music to the tv series, except its not as good. And if you dont beleive me heres a list of exactly how it rips off GitS.
Ghost in the Shell, starts with the heronie jumping off a huge building to smash through glass and take out her target.
Throughout all of Ghost in the shell are images of clones/cyborgs within floatation tanks, the image of britneys face getting so close to the glass,liquid surface is a direct rip off.
The interface on the tank womans head is the same shape as the vr file interfaces used in Ghost
And the building exploding like that, can you say fiirst climax in Stand Alone Complex.
The only way she came up with this idea is if she’d just watched Ghost in the Shell, more likely one of her PR people heard the track and made the link cause muscially the song could fit in to a Ghost episode.

honestly i don’t like britney spears, when i heard about this video i was slightly intrigued, and then i saw the video…it’s a desperate reach but falls short. the video probably would be better with the sound off, the song is generic and has a generic sound and anyone can come up with something like this, call me a music snob but i like something with a bit more substance and you just don’t find that much in pop music. the animation was ok, had nothing to do with the video and certainly was not her idea. O_o britney spears and anime, this combination just doesn’t fit. in short, not impressed. the only britney spears song i ever came close to liking was remixed by junkie xl and even then i didn’t like it much.
