OlderKate Bosworth’s Arm Sleeves — YAY or NAY?
Kate Bosworth (in Chanel) works out a pair of sheer arm sleeves at the ShoWest premiere of gambling flick 21 held at the Paris Las Vegas on Wednesday.
21, opening March 28th, is the fact-based story about six MIT students who were trained to become experts in card counting and subsequently took Vegas casinos for millions in winnings.
Below are UK’s high-end fashion brand “Jaeger” ads featuring Kate’s model boyfriend James Rousseau alongside Canadian-born model Alana Zimmer. James is currently still in Sydney working on recording his album at Louis Schoorl’s Limestone Studio.
Mr. Rousseau recently composed and performed a song specially for Louis and Jacqui for their wedding. It was a “beautiful song which everybody loved,” one attendee said. (Kate was a bridesmaid at the wedding.) Schoorl will be producing his album when he gets back from his honeymoon.

she’s not a fashion-forward person? She’s only graced the pages of Vogue and Allure–recalling recent articles off the top of my head, and attends shows practically arm in arm with Anna Wintour. She dates a model and prances about in garb that hasn’t even hit the runway…she might not be your cup of tea, but how is she not fashion-forward??

#7, okay so maybe she has appeared on many renowned magazine covers, and has attended many fashion shows. but to me, she’s totally overrated. she doesn’t deserve to be recognized as a fashionista because really, she hasnt done much to get to that stage. she’s not that great in acting and has never done anything worthy of knowing. people like cate blanchett, nicole kidman and jennifer connelly actually worked hard to be recognized. kate doesnt do much for me…she tries too hard sometimes, its not effortless enough
Kate is so beautifull. I love her dress. The arm things are a bit weird, but they dont detract from the outfit. Her makeup is so gorgeous. She would have looked better with her hair down though..She is a little thin, but at least she isnt anorexic like before or like coughnickyhiltoncough….

That dress and arm warmers are a mistake. Just because dresses are “Fashion Forward” does not mean they are also stylish or good taste. She likes to wear this stuff so she will definitely get on sites like this. The more outrageous the better!

If you like one-dimensional paperdolls, this is your girl. No surprise that Wintour’s all over her these days … KB’s an “All-American” alternative to the ruling Euro-Canadian-Australian-South American mannequins, she’s got that all-important Hollywood association (though in name only at this point), and she’s being positioned to attract a younger, ‘fresher’ clientele (Kidman, Connelly, etc. are so *old*, haha). Add the rag-trade dad, the Hollywood-connected mom, the screen-star ex, the model b.f., the Ivy League acceptance they keep flogging though she never matriculated, the privileged N.England upbringing, an Oscar winner as her procurer/enabler, and hey … you’ve got a perfect storm of high-toned marketability! So what if she’s got no discernible talent (and looks in these photos like a big ball of gift bag tissue on 2 toothpicks) — apparently it’s enough that she’s doing her part to grease the wheels of commerce.
She’s trying WAY too hard to be a fashionista but I guess that’s what happens when your career goes to sh$t. I’m sorry I’ve been wanting to like her because she got so much trash being Orlando Bloom’s girlfriend but she’s just useless. Bad actress, bad body image, doesn’t appear very smart, just taking up space that could be occupied by someone who actually has talent.

I have worked with her. Poor girl, she is so unhealthy (always been) and makes herself sound so stupid. All of her sparkle and “beauty” or some small sort comes from us…..the make up guys!!!!!! She has made some bad choices with her life as well. She really has no presence or talent.
