More than likely. Short flight of 1.5 hours or less from Austin area to NOLA. Brad is totally invested in MIR and has the whole support of Angelina in this. The initial funds for MIR came from the Jolie-Pitt Foundation which Brad and Angelina jointly control. Both have spoken of their fondness and affinity for NOLA. They may even plan on having the newest Jolie-Pitt born there later this year as a demonstration of their faith in NOLA.

You must lack self confidence. It is natural for there to be more comments as to Shiloh in this thread as she has been seen less than Z. Also some people are biased and that is the way things sadly are. And Shiloh is the only biological child of Brad and Angie so far and some people are very focused on her. That’s why it is a wonderful thing that Shiloh will have another biological sibling to take away some of the intense interest focused on her.

Z will have the confidence that her family gives her, that is what is important for her. As long as the family lets her know that she is beautiful like her sister or sisters all will be OK for her. Angie and Brad are both very aware people and will both do their best to instill self confidence in all their kids. All parents with multiracial or adopted kids of different races face issues related to the issue you raised.

You can’t change that people will always make comparisons, they always do. Look at the Simpson, Duff, Hilton sisters for example. Look at CharlieS and MarciaCross’s two little girls, people always make comparisons. Look at Bruce/Demi’s girls.

I am not saying this is a good thing, this is just the way reality happens to be.

TCM has been having some really great films on. I saw Roman Holiday earlier today. I also saw the controversial uncensored film Babyface last weekend. Great films.

Snatch was on a few days ago. Brad was sooo crazy good in that tilm.

The kids are all growing so fast. There you go again criticizing Angie because the kids have chips in their hands, At least, they are eating.

My goodness the trolls - 1 troll? - are beserk tonight! I guess seeing one big happy family, on top of their game both personally and professionally, will do that to someone who’s been in denial about the whole thing for the last 3 years. :roll:

I started this post aroung 11:00 am this morning. It is now 4:10 pm. I am not a slow typer. I just got way laid, cooking breakfast, talking on the phone, etc. So some of this might be a bit late.

bdj, thank your for the pictures. I just briefly saw Clinton and Brad on CNN. I came in late so I didn’t hear Brad speaking. But they showed him talking and greeting people. I am sure CNN will repeat it. Brad looked good. Now there is a video posted along with pictures at the ground breaking.

I just saw the pictures of the joliepitt children on JJB. They are so pretty. Those kids are just adorable. Angie looks just gorgeous. There is a picture of Shiloh with a fake smile like the one Z had in NY when Angie was carrying her. Z is teaching her the ropes. Ignore the junk food eating police. There are too many police on the threads these days. Some people would ruin a good o*gasm.

Just my 1.5 cents. I value all of the good and positive articles that are posted by the various fans. I marvel at how they manage to find them.

I also appreciate the video makers. These people are creating mini movies for us to view And just like movies not all videos are going to appeal to everyone. Not all videos are created equal. Some video creaters are more adept at selecting the right pictures and the best music to convey theyir store. But it is a selective and subjective process. As such the appeal will also be subjective. I recall Preggy Jolie created a video where she was trying to address the break up of Brad and the nameless one. She also wanted to show how Brad and Angie came together. It was a complicated concept. She made her video and debuted on JJ. Ohmygawd, the hew and cry was ear shattering. Preggy Jolie hasn’t posted at JJ’s on a regular basis since. And to my knowledge she hasn’t created another video. I personally liked all of her videos. They were a great merger of concept, music and pictures. Thought goes into every video that is created. And that thought process should not be taken lightly. When I click on a video and I don’t like it, I skip it. Just as I do with articles that are negative or posts that I think are stupid. We have lost a lot of fans for various reasons. People who are creative should be valued. If like bdj your craft is to find positive and enjoyable articles to read that should be valued. Or some of the other fans who can write beautiful posts, Lylian and others. Or take on the powers that be who slander Angie, Brad and the little Pitts. Or guli and Missouri Fan who keep the lists updated and greet and welcome new fans. These are all skills that should be valued. These are my opinions. No one has to agree with them or like them. I just thought I would give my 1.5 cents worth. Peace

If you read the reports, he told Omid whasisname, a guy he was working with in a movie, in a private moment, about marriage, when he first got married to x.

Unlike x, Brad never gave an entire interview to a magazine about why he broke up with x, how he felt and got his friends interviewed in an article about his marriage and break up. No movies to promote, nothing but just to “explain” his side of the story.

The big buzz this week is that there’s talk that a boy from our area was chosen, after two years of searching by a casting agency, to star in a film with Brad Pitt called “Tree of Life.”

Producers are very tight-lipped about the movie, which is in pre-production in Smithville, Texas in Bastrop County (near Austin), the same town where Sandra Bullock and Harry Connick Jr. filmed the movie “Hope Floats.”

In fact, producers were very tight-lipped about the film when the Francine Maisler Casting Agency was in the area in January at the Plaza Theatre in Vernon, Texas, looking for 9- to 14-year-old Caucasian boys to fill a role in an unnamed film.

All that those who auditioned knew was that the casting agency was looking for a Texas boy that was very small town and very rural.

Filming, according to Internet buzz, started in either late February or will start in late March in Smithville and stars Brad Pitt and Sean Penn (In fact, a television report on the Internet tells of a Angelina Jolie sighting at a Bastrop County Wal-Mart). Pitt is filling the role that Heath Ledger was originally supposed to fill (and before him, Colin Farrell). The plot is very secret but is supposed to focus on the beginnings of mankind and our evolution.

“Tree of Life” is by writer/director Terrence Malick.

A producer for the film would not confirm that a local boy was in the movie, saying only that families sign confidentiality agreements to not divulge anything about the movie and that the company likes to maintain the privacy of its actors during filming so they can live normal lives.

The movie is slated for release in 2009.

OMG two new threads I have to catch up on. Cute story abot me meeting Clinton (don’t worry police). Walking down 54th steet in Manhattan minding my own buiness when across the street there’s a crowd in front of a restaurant. I ask someone what’s going on over there? no one seemed to know. So I proceeded to walk only to hear screams where the crowd was at. So I cross the street and walk up to where the crowd is. I’m pushng my way through but I don’t really see anyone. But everyone had the camera phones up. There’s a bunch of people in front of me dressed in black and someone with white hair, head down looking like he was talking to a little girl in front of me and signing something.. That head of white hair popped up in front of me and it was President Clinton. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that I would meet a former President of the United States in front of an Italian restaurant on W 54th street while minding my business. There weren’t that many people maybe 20 or so All those arms reaching out for him to sign something. I wasn’t quick enough. I didn’t have a camera at the time. I was looking through my bag for something to write on but he went into a black tinted SUV and the Secret Service (guys in black) closed the door to the car and that was that. Thi swas about a few months after having the bypass surgery. He looked very thin and gaunt. Glad to see he’s looking good in these pictures. Brad looks like he gained a little weight. He always looks good to me. Angelina and the children are also looking good but I don’t see pictures of Shiloh supposedly crying. Maybe I missed it? Where is it?
