Ben & Jen are Team Obama
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner host a fundraiser for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama at a Boston nightclub “Rumor” in Massachusetts on Sunday.
Sold-out “pre-party” tickets ($250 each) allowed some one-on-one time with the couple. Regular $50 tickets allowed entry into the club, where Bennifer mingled.
Ben and BFF Matt Damon recently agreed to help judge a contest sponsored by MoveOn.org to find the best ad supporting Obama’s campaign.
Jen has a run in her stockings! But cute Christian Louboutin Mary Janes…

The funny thing is when asked about Obama’s Pastor, Ben knew nothing about it at all. How can you back up a candidate and not know the controversy going on in our country about it. Maybe we shouldn’t be influenced by celebrity’s choices of candidates if they don’t watch the news.

Go Obama and go Jen and Ben. Every time someone wants to do something for their country everyone is always suspicious and negative. Jen and Ben can use their celebrity to raise money to help their candidate of choice- they don’t expect you to vote for him just because they like him. Obama wants to help lead this country in a new direction and most certainly we need it. If you want McCain (more Bush) then you want more of the same -more wars, more high gas prices, slumping economy, failing health care system- the list goes on. Bringing up Obama’s preacher is just more of the dirt that goes around in elections, Obama has already condemned the statements that he made. McCain has a spiritual advisor preacher who basically said Islam is a devil religion- think how that attitude will play with the rest of the world. I prefer to give peace and HOPE a chance. It is time this country came together to solve our problems instead of being ripped apart.
The freedom to choose the candidate you want to be our President is one of our precious fundamental rights as Americans, and is one of the many things that makes America the great country it is. In many other countries, some people don’t even have the right to vote, and others are killed for voicing their support for one candidate over the other. We may not agree with each other on who we choose to support, but that’s okay–someone will win and someone will lose. We are lucky to live in a democratic country. I haven’t decided yet who will get my vote; I applaud celebrities who are actively involved in the process but they don’t influence who I ultimately support and I don’t think any more/less of them for who they’ve chosen as their candidate. And yes, Jen looks great!

I thought I was the only one who has noticed that Jen has had her lips enhanced. Especially the top lip looks off. She is a nice cute girl, I hope she refrains from the lip frenzy otherwise in a couple of years she wont be able to recognize her face. Ben is a dressed like a teenager with those shoes,, please it was a political fundraiser, why dress like you are going to a club while his wife is formally dressed.

Go Obama!!! Obama is a great candidate and I am so happy to see the Affleck’s supporting the Obama campaign and I pray that America elects a true candidate of change. Obama will not only talk the talk but walk the walk. What scares some and divides many are ole cliches and sadly prejudices that are worn out and unwelcomed. God bless America!!!

More Americans need to take interest in the process. Only 20% of Americans actually are involved/ decide/ VOTE. Which is really sad for a country that was founded on democracy. So I don’t slam celebs for getting involved in the political process. If it brings attention to the process…. Good. Everyone needs get involve so we can make our lives better.
Whom ever is the next President is going to have the ability to pull this country together to solve some major problems.

seriously I had alot of faith in this couple,at the very begining of their relationship,they just looked so happy together,they were hugging,kissing and were all over each other but as times pass,they become less and less into each other nowadays,you can’t even see them smiling when they are around each other.even in the first of 2007 there were many pics of them kissing and smiling,but now whenever I looked I can’t find this kind of pic.
it’s hard to confess and although I poll somewhere that Ben and Jen are the real deal and they are in it for a long time,but other couple,Matt and his wife and Tomkat or even weird Brangelina and nicole kidmann seem more serious and happy in their relationship than Bennifer.

they are not living in one city anymore,Ben is in D.C and is shooting a movie and Jen is in Boston for her own movie.and Ben fly to Boston and then came back to D.C.I think his face is just tired,this party or whatever was Jen’s plan and since she is still a married woman in HW’s dictionary although they are not living together anymore but Ben must have been there.

CONFUSED! This Hollywood couple wins for confusing the audience which is the fans. I do not understand these two anymore. They never walk the red carpet, when in public they do not display normal interaction together, and Ben seems like he has been smoking to many banana peels down by the river and Jen is going full force with lip injections and a pretentious smile. They are so far from NATURAL lately. Not connected in my opinion by body language or anything. At least they both agree on a candidate and I guess that is a positive. Perhaps, they should have another baby and maybe things will CHANGE. I just do not get them. Not sure why you are confused? How can you really tell about a couples home life from 4-5 pics????????????
They aren’t even in the same frame. A video from a Boston news station shows them getting out of the car. As soon as Jen exits the SUV she is asked for autographs. Ben gets out on the other side. Then he is asked for autographs by a different group of fans.
There is one pic (on another site) of them in the SUV with Ben’s Mom and they are smiling and laughing.
So are they confusing us or do those you take the pics and then pick which ones to post confuse fans????????

#74 I’m not speaking of this one event. These two have shown others that they do not like to be together in public, but the ironic thing is they are both actors that married an actor. What gives? They may have the best marriage in life, they just do not show it at all. If they plan on staying married forever then they might want to give it a try and just live somewhat normal instead of hiding the marriage.

Yes, in most pics they don’t walk together (don’t want to be in the same frame shot).
There have also been some recent pics of PDA (pet store pics in Feb.). And other candid shots taken by fans, not paps, showing PDA.
Again, I just don’t think that you can judge someones marriage based on pics taken by paps (that this couple deplores). Now, if there are pics of them at home, in their bedroom, over private dinners etc. then those might speak to happiness or not.
But, public pics taken by paps do not tell a story of a solid or a poor marriage.

It said that they were joined at the hip backstage but on stage they were never together (maybe just because they organized this event not to publicised their marriage but to raise money for something in which they believe in!)
According to another insider, Garner was directing the couple’s flow - and lack of togetherness….pretty interesting considering that you are always speculating that he is the one who doesn’t want to be pictured with her!
Maybe those are just words or maybe it’s true….the only certain thing is that no one in this place knows the truth about their marriage…not me (a fan) not you( haters)!

See, when they are in NY or Hollywood the paps are all around. They stake out their house and then follow them. But, when they are in DC or in Boston, it’s harder to stake them out.
Plus around DC it’s cool to have stars around, but people don’t bother them or call in phone tips to a photo agency. Besides, the paps are to busy staking out the Mayflower, in case some Governor is around. LOL!
