Mariah Carey’s “Saturday Night Live” Performances
Mariah Carey performed a two-song set during last night’s Saturday Night Live. The 38-year-old dvia performed the first single, “Touch My Body”, off her latest album E=MC² (meaning: “Emancipation equals Mariah Carey to the second power”).
Mariah also sang out a new song called “Migrate”. Watch her two performances below!
BTW, her back-up dancers need to jazz up their outfits a bit! Snore.

I wish she would find a kick ass ballad the would really feature her vocals. This hushy breathy rap crap is tired. She is better than that as a singer. Why is she choosing the easier route? Too many people onstage, very distracting and nothing special.

I know I’m in the minority, but I just don’t like Mariah at all. I think she dresses like trash most of the time, she doesn’t come across as very bright, and when she hits the high notes, I want to punch myself in the face.

I got Mariah’s first CD when it first came out and LOVED Mariah for about 13 years. I LOVE Mariah but can not STAND “Mimi”. Mariah can sing. Mimi can’t.

I saw her performance last night and I thought that she looked INCREDIBLE!!!! Her body is slamin and anyone that says anything bad about her body is just pathetic and horribly jealous! She is almost 40 years old, how many 40 yr olds do you know that have a bod like that? As far as her singing, she is beyond talented, and has a God given talent that I would LOVE to have!!!

I think she was trying to make a statement there. Videos these days are sooo cliche so they wore “regular” clothes instead of the typical glamour bling bling clothes.
I love Mariah, but her performances sucked!!! I want the old Mariah back. Those songs had no substance and you could barely hear HER. Very boring!!! She needs to quit wearing those SUPER high heel shoes because she ends up performing a balancing act more so than an actual singing performance. She can’t walk in them let alone perform in them. She tries to look so cool but really looks ridicules. Sorry Mariah! I’m just being honest. I still love you though.

This performance is not bad…i mean it’s not more or less bad than other Mariah carey’s outings during her career which is filled with horrible performances, bad songs, hair and outfits and an unashamed constant expression of her stupidity and ignorance. She left school at an early age and it shows each time she speaks, i understand that this where her fanbase can rely to her.
In the music industry Mariah Carey represents the lowest of the lower level of what can be done and achieved in music and a reference in bad taste in music.
It’s unfair to speak about her appearance because there is so much to hate in her music.
MARIAH IS NOT LIPSYNCHNG… LOOK AT THE PACKROUNDS AND T PAIN THERE ALL KINDA LATE AT THE END…SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT ON TIME…MAYBE THE VID IS FASTER THEN THE TONE…
