Miley & Mandy’s Nippy Night

Who wants to keep Miley and Mandy warm?

Miley Ray Cyrus and backup dancer BFF Mandy Jiroux go for dinner at PF Changs and do some shopping at Urban Outfitters in Burbank, Calif. on Saturday.

Looks like dad Billy and mom Tish didn’t make sure the girls were dressed properly before heading out! It was a windy and chilly night and Miley was trying to keep warm the whole time out.

Being her usual friendly self, Miley posed for a few pics with fans.

Come on are you serious. Why does Mandy Jiroux have her own section now?
She has done literally NOTHING AT ALL.
This is who little girls look up to and they realize if you dance like a stripper and hang out with Miley Cyrus you’ll become famous.

agreed with vicky- miley dresses like ANY other 15 year old- only more modest. She’s always in either jeans or sweats, with the occasional dress/skirt. The norm.

i am absolutely obsessed with miley and i love her nd mandy.
their outfits r adorable.
miley nd mandy show is awesome!!!!
she is so sweet nd nice to her fans.
if anything she dresses to young for her age. not reallly but she is not innapropriate looking.
she is an inspiration for millions of young fans.
