Who wants to keep Miley and Mandy warm?
Miley Ray Cyrus and backup dancer BFF Mandy Jiroux go for dinner at PF Changs and do some shopping at Urban Outfitters in Burbank, Calif. on Saturday.
Looks like dad Billy and mom Tish didn’t make sure the girls were dressed properly before heading out! It was a windy and chilly night and Miley was trying to keep warm the whole time out.
Being her usual friendly self, Miley posed for a few pics with fans.

This is to all the Miley haters and people who hate the show! Okay, she’s 15, just cuz she is sum celebrity doesn’t mean she can’t act 15! Me and my frends make stupid talk shows all the time! 2 set the record straight MAndy Jiroux is 20 years old she is 5′3″ her b-day is December 15 her natural hair color is light brown. She lives in North Hollywood, CA and her fave color is blue. I read all of this info in the newest addition of the MILEY LIFESTORIES. And i think that who evr desnt like miley or mandy is insane. U guys jugde people way 2 quickly. And all the racey photos of miley r perfectly fine. me and my friends do stupid stuff like that all the time so its no big dealio.
