Jennifer Aniston looks happier and healthier than ever while taking a film break from Marley & Me in Miami, Fl. on Tuesday.
The Big Blog has a little nugget on Aniston unable to film scenes in Seattle, Washington for her other movie Traveling because she was in Miami filming Marley and Me.
Said Traveling co-writer Mike Thompson, “We literally planned from the beginning how to integrate her in Seattle. We fabricated a gum wall (the entire length of the wall is literally covered in chewing gum) in Vancouver so we could shoot the two of them in a two-shot in front of it. We shot Aaron Eckhart and Judy Greer and a photo double for Jennifer (in Seattle).
“We did the same thing at the troll. In Vancouver we shot her whole body in front of green screen. We have a wide shot of a group staring up at the troll, and we’ll literally insert her body in between them.
“Also, we shot a two-shot of her and Aaron in front of Vancouver, under the 99 bridge, where there are the big giant columns. We built one of the big giant columns in Vancouver and shot them in front of it. We did the same thing at Bruce and Brandon Lee’s graves — replicated those in Vancouver and shot them there.”

Good grief at all the hoops the movie producers went through to get her on 2 simultaneous movies. Is she really worth all that? I don’t think so. For me she’s hardl a box office draw but rather the opposite. Why is she still getting work.

Praise Buddha. And I thought I was the only one who saw through the stinking pile of fraud sh*t underneath the over-manufactured and over-coiffed package known as Jennifer Aniston. Apparently not. My inbox was flooded yesterday with a small army of you rejoicing at the NY Daily News report on the ‘real’ Jen - the insecure, vain, self obsessed Jen who has so deftly played the PR game and re-invented herself as the girl next door. Well according to Nancy Balbirer…she’s not.
Here’s the summary. There was a book promo in New York the other night for a release called ‘The Underminer: Or, the Best Friend Who Casually Destroys Your Life’. Several performers and writers shared personal accounts of their best friend horror stories and Nancy Balbirer’s experience involved an actress named ‘Jane’ who is a virtual mirror image of a certain Friend I know and hate. Turns out that Jennifer and Nancy lived together for a short time in the 80s when both were carving out their careers. Remarkably enough, ‘Jane’ also shared an apartment with Nancy. ‘Jane’s’ father is a soap actor and her parents are divorced. She went to the High School for the Performing Arts. Jane was also a ‘famous sitcom actress’ on a show about friends who ‘live together in the Village.’ Jane ended up moving to LA and transforming her body with lipo and a nose job, a nose she described as coming ‘from her Greek half’. She then went on Nutrislim and got skinny and froze her nipples whenever she was trying to land a gig. Sound familiar???
Now all this would be forgivable if ‘Jane’ wasn’t such an ungrateful ***** and even though Nancy let Jane stay with her when she was struggling back East, Jane was rude and inhospitable when Nancy asked for a return favour several years later. She also got Nancy fired from a job on her sitcom after finding out that the producers had offered her a recurring role.
As you would expect, Aniston’s publicist promptly denied the claims and the entire story, insisting that Jen barely knows this woman and that everything, every part of the story is untrue, especially the plastic surgery and the manipulation and the part about getting Nancy fired. Uh huh.
Meanwhile, realising that she might have pissed off some powerful Hollywood brokers, Nancy tried to smooth things over by sending a letter of clarification to the NY Daily News and the columnist who reported the story. Instead of retracting her story, all she did was repeat over and over that she never said the name ‘Jennifer Aniston’ - as recounted in hilarious fashion by the wizards at Gawker - which made a great situation even better, compounding the fact that Jane really is Jen, and reminding us over and over that she was only telling a story about Jane, who happens to share many, many, many similarities with the Chin who shall not be named.
And Ph.D. gossips the world over are now laughing their arses off.
The moral of the story? The Friend is a Fraud, y’all. And to all you rabid Aniston fans who love bombarding me with hate mail and AIDs wishes - trust me, I sympathise with your situation. I know the pity poor me routine was just too hard to resist. I know how refreshing it was at one time to see a completely average, ho hum nobody marry a sex god because it meant that maybe you too could have had a chance at grasping the golden ring. I know how convincing she was as the ‘every girl’, as the celebrity you would want to have over for dinner, believing she wouldn’t care that you didn’t have Moet chilling in the fridge and a Balenciaga throw to put over her shoulders if she felt a chill.
But you need to blow out that candle, ok??? Take it down from your windowsill and extinguish the flame. Because Jennifer Aniston will never be your friend. She will never WANT to be your friend. She will never even PRETEND to want to be your friend. As I’ve said all along, as I’ve been saying since that mediocre little twerp got her chance on television - JennyJen ain’t much. She is, however, perfect for Tom Cruise. And if there is a Goddess, if the gossip stars ever align, I do hope they find each other one day. One hypocrite to another - it would be true love indeed.
I love her she’s beautiful and strong I wish her all the happiness in the world and I hope her upcoming films are hits.

Lo and behold, a photographer catches her flaunting those assets at her beach house – because Malibu is the most inconspicuous of all celebrity neighbourhoods. Her body looks great. Her hair flatters her, too. I think her clothes show off her body well.
But she clearly has had work done on her face. You can see it with the eyes and the cheeks. It doesn’t look bad - just a little odd and obvious. It changes her looks so that it almost doesn’t look like her.
I hope she is careful and doesn’t get tempted to go the Meg Ryan route. You can look a little older, even with lines, and still be beautiful and sexy. I wish these women would realize that. The reality is that the women who do realize sexuality and beauty comes from a sense of confidence and strength aren’t usually the women so insecure they start trying to stave off age with plastic surgery in their 30s or early 40s.

You don’t know her history, she was mostly living with Tate D, went on a blind date with Brad set up by their agent, slept with him that night , moved him in the next day, told the whole tv world this info on David Letterman show, Dave looked shocked like why tell this private info to everyone. This was one of the many problems she and Brad had, she did not keep what went on in their marriage between the two of them, she shared all with CCox and her other friends.
That marriage was a trainwreck before Brad met Angie. They were both making all kinds of negative comments about each other and the marriage as early as 2001. Brad screamed that they were not a golden couple and told Oprah they made a deal that if they stopped growing the marriage was over, Jen said that if anyone had her life they would be so miserable and that marriage brought out all her insecurities. With statements like this how could anything think they were happy together?
Jen’s DAD said before they married that Brad was hesitant to get married and was dragging his feet.
Brad told Charlie Rose in an interview in 2004 that he didn’t understand Jen and that Jen did not understand him. Jen said in Harper’sB last year that her marriage was over in the summer of 2004, that they wanted different things out of life.
I believe that there was some truth in what Sheryl C said, that Jen did not want to be married to Brad any longer, that she was not happy with him. I also believe that they made the joint decision to split due to great unhappiness with each other for years, and that they parted as friends after 6.5 years together, 4.5 married.
What upset Jen and some of you here was Brad moving on with his life with Angie as quickly as he did. Look he was 41, he wanted children in the worst way like many people as they approach 40+(Halle B, NicoleK, John Stamos), he wanted to get more involved in humanitarian interests and had begun working with Bono in DATA, and he went out and made his dreams happen. Why Angie is faulted for that makes no sense. She did not break up a marriage, the marriage was dissolved by Jen and Brad.
No one is at fault. Some of you neeed to get real and accept that . Jen did not want children with Brad, Jen wanted a career and a man who wanted to enjoy the good life without kids (she has never dated a man who has kids). That is what she has. Instead of being happy for her to have what makes her happy some of you bemoan something she did not want and exited, her marriage to Brad Pitt. Jen knew the divorce was what she needed to get her life like she wanted it. Jen’s problem is that she worries too much about public perceptions, so when Brad moved on as he did, she should have given an interview and told the truth that she had also moved on rather than an interview in which she solicited pity.
Jen is happy, dates, has plenty of money, lives the kind of life she wants to live, has all kinds of movies coming out this year. Her main concern now is that she is almost 40 and she knows roles for her type of rom coms will dry up soon and go to younger women.
Demi Mooore said it well, “I can’t get roles no matter how much work I have had done to keep looking young, the 20 somethings get the roles. ” Jen now faces this truth. She needs to stop smoking and tanning and try for character roles in dramas, not the roles she has acted in lately, that equals career longevity for women. Jen is facing the fact now that she is past her prime as an actress due to rom coms using young women like KatherineH or isla Fisher. Dramatic actresses in their prime are KateW, Angelina, CharlizeT, all early 30’s.
You will not like to hear this but truth is Angelina has made her #1 priority Brad and their kids, not her career, she has given up a year right now and passed on great roles in what is her prime for a second pregnancy, she is willing to move when and where Brad’s career takes them, and Brad does the same for her. This is why Brad and Angelina are a good match for each other, they compromise well.
Jen would never and did never make this same choice.
Jen said in an interview early in their marriage laughing that “Brad wants 6 or 7 kids, I want maybe 1 or 2, and if he wants more than that he will have to find someone else to have them”.

There is only one thing I don’t agree with in your post.
I don’t believe Sheryl Crow when she says Jen didn’t want Brad. Jen has said, she wanted to hang on to Brad.
Sheryl Crow just butts-in, in her friends business, when she should be keeping her mouth shut, and not talking about her friends business to the public.

The 40-year-old Balbirer was among the performers who told stories of their own personal “underminers.” Balbirer’s “underminer” was “a famous sitcom actress” called “Jane” - a thinly veiled Aniston - who she met when both were auditioning to be extras on “Saturday Night Live.” A Lowdown spy reports: “Jane, who had recently graduated from the High School of Performing Arts, was a few years younger than Nancy and was the daughter of a soap actor and a plastic-surgery victim who had divorced.
Nancy let Jane live rent-free in her Village apartment for a few months. “Nancy said Jane, who was then working at a burger joint, was obsessed with her looks, and would give herself bikini waxes while lying upside-down on the couch.
The pair went on auditions, on diets, and to aerobics classes together. Jane advised Nancy to try and be ‘more f-able’ on auditions, and to buy chicken cutlets at the Food Emporium to stuff her bra. Jane iced her nipples before auditions, and lamented her big butt and her nose, which she said ‘came from her Greek half.’
“Jane moved to Los Angeles, got liposuction, a nose job and a hairline adjustment, and lost a lot of weight after going on NutriSlim. Nancy recounted a trip to L.A. where she asked to stay with her old friend, but instead Jane named some hotels, telling Nancy not to be so desperate, because it’s unattractive, especially in a town like L.A.
“After Jane landed a sitcom about friends who live together in the Village, Nancy independently met with the show’s producers for a recurring role, which she landed on the spot. A few hours later, she was inexplicably fired, yet paid in full, plus an extra week’s pay, despite never filming a scene. Later a producer friend told Nancy that Jane had her fired and the two old friends never spoke again.
” When Lowdown repeated the dish to Aniston, via her flack Stephen Huvane, she was not amused. “Jennifer does know this woman Nancy, and she did live with her , but did not live rent-free,” Huvane insisted after consulting Aniston. “They were never close friends - it was not that kind of relationship.” Huvane vehemently denied Balbirer’s claims of plastic surgery. As for the hiring-firing incident: “The girl did try out for a role on ‘Friends,’ but the girl just didn’t get it. The cast doesn’t get involved in casting - especially the first year. “

Yes, Jen has moved on so far but backward. When she stops milking what happened 3 years ago, all of us will believe that she has moved on for good. But she and her friends find a way to mention Brad Pitt somehow.
I don’t know what all the fuss is about. JA would be in the same boat as the other ‘Friends’ if she hadn’t married BP. They don’t seem to get movie roles and neither would she if she hadn’t married an extremely famous movie star. Her marriage and divorce is the reason for her fame now otherwise we would see CC and LK being photographed in the same way for doing nothing other than wearing a pair of shorts of revealing bikini. In the end we like the people on the big or little screen that we admire. The Jen swooners like her because she is relatively plain but rich and being this privilidged is able to go shopping on hols and whatever other pastimes she chooses. The BP & AJ swooners like them or her or him because although they are just as rich and therefore privilidged they do a lot more than shopping etc…..I guess it’s the cerebral/social conscience versus the not so cerebral/self-centred. Neither are bad or good just depends on your perspective and what you feel is important.

A poster on IMDB.com put it better than me when she said that for any reason the loonies think that Brad and Angelina’s hooking up is a match made in heaven, something very special and very pure that doesn’t happen every day, so Jennifer is the only thing that makes the picture tainted and they wish she never came into existence in the first place.

Both women are beautiful and have achieved a lot, and are living the life they want. If we all achieved the same as Angelina Jolie then you would not have anyone to worship because we would all be the same instead of our own unique individuals. It is sad that people have to hate one just to prove they like the other. When real women without issues would think both Jen and Angelina are beautiful women. Husbands and children don’t complete a real women for she is complete already.

Everyone has moved on except Jolie/Pitt fans. We don’t care what they do, say, how many kids they have. Doesn’t matter. Aniston is way better off without the likes of Pitt and we would be a lot better without the likes of people trying to get the attention off of a woman every time she hits the paper, knowingly or not!!! What are you so scared of? Aniston getting attention? Get use to it, it is not going away. As a matter of fact since she has done three or four movies this year, she will be out there a lot more than she is now. Get use to it.
