Miley Cyrus is a Harajuku Girl
Miley Cyrus gives paparazzi a big thumbs up as she makes her daily run to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf with her mom Tish in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The 15-year-old Hannah Montana star flashed her trademark peace sign while sporting a new set of bangs. Miley even showed off her new “peace” earrings and necklace!
The mother-daughter duo even bought cookies for all the waiting photographers before heading to the recording studio. How sweet of them!

Love her shirt. But WOAH, she got a hair cut!! bangs?? interesting choice. and her hair looks even more red than before when the dark color was fading out. the bangs look kinda cute in some of the pictures. i’m not sure what to think.
