Zac Efron Goes Behind-the-Scenes in ‘17 Again’
New behind-the-scenes shots of Zac Efron and Michelle Trachtenberg in their new movie 17 Again will be featured in the April 2008 issue of teen mag J-14.
In the mag, actress pal Miley Cyrus said, “Zac Efron and I have become best friends, and all these girls are like ‘you’re so lucky, he’s so hot’. …I give him the hardest time about it. He’s like my brother.”
Producer Adam Shankman recently chatted up 17 Again: “This is about a man whose life has not gone the way he wants it to, so he wishes he was 17 again and he gets his wish. And then he’s realizing it’s nothing like he thought it would be. So it’s a reverse Big. It has as many funny scenes in it as it does heartfelt scenes.”
17 Again opens this summer — August 2008!

omg omg I just head that ZAC EFRON is home in the U.S, he is in UTAH, and he already started rehearsel for HSM3. I heard it from a member in http://www.zefron.com she lives in UTAH and a local told her that. I’m not sure if its true but, its better than nothing.

…everyone cross your fingers that one of the bonus features will be deleted scenes, especially the one with Tayor giving Gabby back the necklace that we are all dying to see.

For those who just can’t wait for the third and final installment of High School Musical, wait no more. The cast is currently recording the soundtrack and rehearsals for the movie are due to start in March. Corbin Bleu gave TV Guide some hints of what’s to come: “It’s [about] graduation, senior year, prom… all that goes into it. And there’s going to be a school production as well. I have seen the first draft of the script, and [my character] Chad’s got a lot to do. I think the major thing for him in this movie is he’s leaving this world of high school that he’s been so attached to all these years — he’s going to be pulled out of his element — and that is a bit of a hard transformation for him.”
Bleu is already feeling the difference between the small-screen High School Musicals and the new motion picture. “There’s obviously a bigger budget and the grandeur is on a higher scale,” he says. “I know it’s felt in the music, from what we’ve heard, and I know once we start filming we’ll see the difference there, too.” - TV Guide

Who ever knew Miley was so funny…. I even doubt they’re friends. Acquiantances? I’m sure, but best buddies… yeah don’t think so. The only people i know that are about 15 and have a 20 year old friend is one of my friends and her uncle. Her favorite uncle may i add. They’re BFF’s!!

If Zac is already in Utah, the rest of the cast would be there, too. Except for Vanessa, who is still filming Will.
People, give Miley a break. She’s a bubbly 15-year-old. Every person she meets is a best friend for life.
I’m 15. And I’m mature enough to realise that I only have a couple of best friends and those are the people I see nearly everyday. And I know that I probably wont be friends with some of them in the future, never mind best friends. Miley’s actually a couple of months older than me.
Just because she’s 15 doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a brain. She’s said Zac is her best friend not because she truly believes it, but because she knows Zac is popular. At least that’s what I think.
ok he looks good here and totally can’t wait for the movie..the whole utah thing…i highly doubt because if he is supposed to be filming for another 2 weeks…and the same with v plus ashley isn’t here yet either soooo i’m kinda skeptical to believe that he is here in utah already…i will try to keep the supporters up to date though!! just make sure you check out the ZA’s blog for any info!! i’m planning on visiting East high this weekend if i get a chance soo keep a look out :)
Well,well. There was some senseless debate going on at Vanessa’s thread and now we have the debate of whether Miley and Zac are best friends or not. I personally would take this tabloid info with a grain of salt. For all you know it’s a misquote as usual. Best friends,best buddies, brother,sister or whatever it doesn’t matter. Zac does have a lot of friends and people who like him. Only he knows who his best buddies are. So let’s ask him, shall we?!

Maybe Miley was a exaggerating a bit. Maybe she and Zac are closer friends then some of us thought. I said this before and I’ll say it again what difference does it make?
#71 Just to be fair, Boji, I wouldn’t really call J-14 a “tabloid.” It’s a teen Magazine that spotlights the biggest teen stars. It’s got some gossip but its all harmless fluff .
It doesn’t make a huge difference, it just makes me dislike Miley more as I believe her reasons for saying these things are simply to gain attention.
