Zac Efron Goes Behind-the-Scenes in ‘17 Again’
New behind-the-scenes shots of Zac Efron and Michelle Trachtenberg in their new movie 17 Again will be featured in the April 2008 issue of teen mag J-14.
In the mag, actress pal Miley Cyrus said, “Zac Efron and I have become best friends, and all these girls are like ‘you’re so lucky, he’s so hot’. …I give him the hardest time about it. He’s like my brother.”
Producer Adam Shankman recently chatted up 17 Again: “This is about a man whose life has not gone the way he wants it to, so he wishes he was 17 again and he gets his wish. And then he’s realizing it’s nothing like he thought it would be. So it’s a reverse Big. It has as many funny scenes in it as it does heartfelt scenes.”
17 Again opens this summer — August 2008!

As far as the Miley statement goes, I did read an article after HSM 2 came out about their friendship. I guess when Miley came to film her part in the movie which was a small scene at the end, she stayed in a casita next door to Zac’s along with the rest of main gang. I guess they did have movie nights and such and they did ALL become good friends. Just sayin.

It was because of Zac and Vanessa that I discovered J-14. Yikes!!!
Yes, the magazines is mostly fluff. And, basically, they are not mean spirited. They have stuff like Zac and Vanessa’s horoscope and say they are soul mates, lots of pics of the Jonas brothers and Miley Cyrus. And always pics of Zac and Vanessa.

Malia, have yet to see a J-magazine. But, any magazine which prints lots of pics of our fav celebrities and has nice things to say about them is in my good book.

Hi I just heard that his is in London now, his going to finish shooting in Pinewood Studios.
Zac is in london filming MAOW, he will be there for another 3 weeks.

Well, I like Miley, her show, her voice… but I think that she´s still too young for the whole business…you know, the paparazzis and reporters don´t tell often the truth… maybe she said ´Well, I like him´ or ´Yeah, we met´ and they ( reporters ) write things like ´We´re best friends´ It is easy to understand….( not my English, but the theory)

Oh and I sincerely doubt Miley Cyrus is ‘best friends’ with him. The only photos I’ve ever seen of them together are photoshoots or some kind of Disney promotion. She’s a 15 year old girl, he’s a 20 year old guy. Seems to be like she’s constantly trying to get attention and if that means stating that the so-called King of Disney is her best friend, she’ll say it. Urgh.

I loveeeeee zac efron soooo much lol i cnt wait 4 high school musical 3 and his other 2 movies 2 *** out now im so excited. But i usualli like miley cyrus but i dnt think they r best freinds. vanessa hudgens and ashley tisdale i thought were his best friensds and im sure vanessa wont b 2 happy 2 hear miley say tht zac(her boyfriend)is her best friend. The think I don’t like about J-14 is they insinuate things that make kids who are 12-15 get all upset. I just saw the one that is on newsstands now and it has something about “what is pulling Zac and Vanessa apart” or something along those lines. In it they were talking about how they have not been together as much lately and it shows a picture of Zac at that basketball game without Vanessa—it failed to say, however, that just the night before and the night before that they had been together in Palm Springs for the film festival, etc. Nor did it say they were now in separate countries WORKING and doing their jobs. They weren’t mean and malicious like Star of Enquirer or x17 would be in their accusations but it does damage to those who read it nevertheless.
