A $1,000 bench warrant was issued for “Transformers” star Shia LaBeouf, 21, after he and his lawyer failed to appear in court Tuesday on an unlawful smoking charge. The actor was cited last month. Shia also had a brush with the law on Nov. 4 after a guard in a Chicago Walgreens drugstore said the actor was drunk and refused to leave. The case was dismissed.
