Shia LaBeouf Has a Sexy Stomach

Shia LeBeouf shows off some sexy stomach as he stretches before an Arena magazine photoshoot in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Photographer Danielle Levitt was in charge of the day’s shoot, which included Mr. LaBeouf in various buttondowns, ties and suits.

A warrant has been ordered (but not issued!) for Shia’s arrest after he received a ticket on February 18 in Burbank for unlawful smoking, a misdemeanor. (Neither he or his attorney Michael Norris showed up in court). Norris appeared on the Transformers star’s behalf Wednesday morning and pleaded not guilty. Since then, the warrant was withdrawn.
