In one crazy unexpected twist, Sarah Wayne Callies is coming back to Prison Break next season!!!
Yes, even after her character, Dr. Sara Tancredi was unexpectedly beheaded last season. Apparently she had a contract dispute with 20th Century last year but that’s all been resolved.
In the fourth episode of season three (”Good Fences”), Sara’s head was presumably decapitated, placed in a box, and sent to Lincoln Burrows. So how can she be written back into the series?
Prison Break executive producer Matt Olmstead tells TV Guide,”Lincoln glanced at the head in the box for a split second. That could’ve been anyone. He wasn’t about to pull it up from the hair and inspect it closely.”
Olmstead also admitted that the fans affected the decision to bring back Sarah. “…once we started talking about it, it was mentioned again that fans are still wondering about her. And when people who are fans of the show — and of Sarah — are asking, “Is she really dead?”, what they’re saying, essentially, is, “I hope she’s not dead.”

Finally 20th Century Fox has listened to the fans.
They have seen the ratings.
They have finally understood that the majority of the PB viewers/fans are female who are incurable romantics. So many fans invested so much time in PB and probably felt decapitated themselves from the shock that this beautiful tortured love-story had come to an abrupt end. If you remove a major ingredient of PBs success…then you loose fans.
A VERY smart move to bring back the good doctor.
I can’t wait for Michael’s and Sara’s reunion. It will be one of PBs highest rating episodes.
This is such happy news!! I stopped watching after Sara was ‘killed’, but now I’m rushing out to get all of Season 3! Season 4 is gonna be the best ever! SWC is so AMAZING and so beautiful… she and Michael were simply meant to be…

SWC’s a talented actress who has great chemistry with Michael, and she’s already proven that she can kick ass!!! Remember her burning Kellerman with an iron and choking him? Remember her shooting Kim? She outsmarted Mahone. Let’s see how she got away from Susan.
And give the writers a chance to redeem themselves too. The story will be infinitely more interesting with Sara back in the mix!!!
How likely is it that it will turn into a mushy soap opera!! ABOUT ZERO CHANCE!! She and Michael still have a lot of scores to settle, and now they can go after the company TOGETHER.

I thought Prison Break was supposed to revolve around the relationship of two brothers and how far one brother will go to save the other? not how far one brother will go to chase a stupid crack head around and end up in this sappy storyline? What a stupid show this has become!!!!!! you can count me out on watching s4. These writers are a feakin mess!!!!! they can’t stick to an action series where the limits of brotherly love are tested without picking up the piece of trash they had thrown away (Sara). What fools they are!!!!!

OMG!!!!!! Im so freaking HAPPY right now. I know she was meant to be dead in saason 3, and Im glad there bring her back. I just cant wait to see how it all turns out. I also missed Sara when she wasnt around, and I thought how can Michael live on without his faith, and Sara is his faith, and now his gonna get her back. YAAAAAAAAAY. If Sarah is really dead and this isn’t a trick by the writers i promise you season 4 will be really annoying to watch … no series or movie have ever proved their success unless there is a romance part in them … and they killed this part in season 3, not only killed this part but it’s like proving there is nothing called “LOVE”!!!! Even if she is still alive.. Is this reaction is really you would make if you were “Michael” … Hell no, I would have killed myself probably … Oh nice “Mr Romeo” this is who you really loved and would do anything for her like in season 2, Michael was just upset for her like what .. 2days in the episodes .. I love Prisn Break and I watch it not only for romance. I am by far the last person on earth who is dumbstruck with the whole Michael and Sara escapade .
But… I am inlove with the character Sara Tancredi.
Some of you have been mistaken of what she stands for in the show. She is not a mere love ineterst who sticks around and does all the cheesy shebang. She can even have a show of her own IMO.
And why on earth are you complaining with the whole universe for Michael and Sara?
If you HATE the romance part of the show…
