Shiloh vs. Suri: Battle of the Babies!
Shiloh Jolie-Pitt and Suri Cruise are two of Hollywood’s most talked about babies–and they’re such big girls now!
OK! says that Shiloh, 22 months, and Suri, who turns 2 next month, are getting read to be big sisters.
Is Katie Holmes definitely expecting??
Speaking of celebrity babies, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are rumored to fetch between $8-10 million for pictures of their fifth child due this summer.
American Media Editorial Director Bonnie Fuller said, “If J.Lo really did get $6 million, then I think Angelina can now command $8 million. The magazines must look at it as a long-term investment, but I think it’ll cap out at a certain point. [But] I can’t think at this point who could command more money than Brangelina.”

I can’t stand those magazines putting kids in cover, it’s different if they are posing with their parents, but alone.. And OK is known about photoshopped covers, in England they always put bad quality photoshopped pics of Beckhams in cover and pretend that they have got exclusive interviews and pics..

First, if Katie Holmes is expecting again, then that would explain her rumored sudden weight loss and fainting spells and God bless them.
Second, the exploitation of children famous or unknown needs to stop and it should begin with each and everyone of us.
Third, I hope that Brad/Angie and/or Tom/Katie sue the pants off one of the tabs aka Lies and Sh#t, OottaTouch, Star, National Enquiror and None of Us to set the standard for other celebs and maybe the beginning of the demise of these gossip ***** mongers. May they all crash and burn. Thier wombs, children, and personal lives are not stamped property of the USA or WORLD MARKET and don’t feed me that bull about their celebrity. It’s a sign of how sick our times are and our society is sick indeed. These children will grow up and become consumers themselves. They will have to read this too one day and not mention that their older siblings may or may not already be reading this bull or at least hearing about it. Tisk, tisk, tisk…It’s one thing to love our celebrities and their families but the reveal should be at the discretion of the celebrity not a fame crazed consumer market. How often did we see Lisa Marie Presely while she was growing up - hardly at all. How many of you really know what her kids look like - maybe Riley because she has modeled but the boy - well hidden. It can be done. Obvioulsy the jolie pitts and cruises want their kids exposed or they wouldn’t be. Both families have already proven they can make them disappear for a period of time when they want to.

Are you crazy or just young or both? Lisa Marie presley has got to be the most famous child of a celebrity who has been tracked all her life. Star magazine almost had the exclusives on that Presley family. Every freaking week everyone got to hear about the Princess. When her parents were getting a divorce it was double throttle. Talk what you know. It’s true that when they go to school it’s better but as toddlers and then again as young adults, the limelight follows them. Chelsea Clinton was followed as a young girl but the minute she was in school, school came first and nothing was to distract from that. Now we see her as a young adult campaigning for her mother and putting rude people in their place. And don’t you know that children can be photographed just once but it will be used over and over and over and over again making idiots like you think that they are always being photographed.

In other (hysterical) Robert Redford news, remember back when he made a movie with Cruise and Streep that no one went to see including you? Well, the goss at the time was that Streep and Redford were bailing on most of their promotional obligations because they were both so turned off and creeped out and fed up with His Majesty Tom Cruise that they refused to even be in the same room with him. Um Shiloh was born in May not April.
Oh please stop on the Shiloh developmental problems. She is a perfectly normal almost two year old. Much more reserved than Suri and there is nothing wrong with that. Suri has a couch jumper/manic for a dad so of course she is going to be over-the-top at times. Or she just may be more of a type A baby. Shiloh most likely has a far calmer environment.

I just watched Insider, they say new Brangelina baby picture can get $10M. Brangelina rules the world. Shiloh is a so gorgeous.
Shi’s hair is NOT taking a long time to grow..Are you kidding?? She won’t be two until may 27 and her hair is longer than my niece’s who is 6 weeks older.
Suri was born with a full head of hair, you can’t compare. If you want to ,look at Brooke Shields’ daughter Grier who was born the same day as Suri, Shi has as much if not more hair.

And for anyone to make value judgments on either of these babies based on OK’s decision to use pics that they chose because they could photoshop them together, in a somewhat convincing way, is ridiculous.
Also, it is not necessary to argue with those who say that Shiloh lacks facial expressions; anyone who have looked at the NOLA pics, which included her mother and siblings, knows that she has many expressions including mischievous, curious, pained, etc.
Shiloh will be more adjusted and not be selfish when she is older. She would have learned how to deal with other kids because was never treated like an only child. Shiloh wil get along with other people and would be more tolerant.

It’s just plain silly to spend a lot of money on expensive clothes for a toddler. Toddlers need to run around and make messes. They grow out of those clothes before they have a chance to wear them out. And children that age couldn’t care less if their parents bought the clothes at an expensive boutique or at K-Mart.

On another note, it’s weird but poses, stares, the way you are standing gives somekinda information.
Shilo is tall, lean and seems more athletic. Didn’t Angie said in an interview that as soon as she was standing she wanted to run and play with her three older siblings. Her stare is inquisite and deep, she is very aware and intense about her immediate surroundings and seems more adventurous.
I could picture her being an athlete like a tenniswoman and being daring, adventurous as well as growing up in a more cultural minded, intellect environment with a rich diverse experience in a more international mindset. She will probably be a multi lingual and a cosmopolite.
Suri is lavished like a single girl who is the only apple of her parents eye and in an all american mindset. She seems less athletic but it can change.

or some reason, I wished her parents stay together because if not it will be devastated for her…she has less grounded to build a stronger personality than children who have siblings, who can adjust and learn conflict and forgivness sharing and support very early. As a single child, her parents separated could be more unbearable than for children with siblings who have each other to go through this.

I am not sure how anyone can be on a Brangelina thread and not find it ok for people to discuss social and political issues. Their entire lives are dedicated to social and political issues. Brad himself has said he is glad to use his fame as a vessel to change and make people think. Since Jared coves all things Brangelina, it is only fitting to cover this breakthrough news: Brad Pitt is related to Barack Obama as supposedly Hillary is to Angelina. What is wrong with overing or discussing that besides what shoes Suri is wearing?
And Barack has made fun of the Cheney link and I do think ti is fascinating - it proves to us how connected we all are and how absurd the idea of division is.
I am with Brangelina: get them in with teh fluff and keep them thinking with teh weighty stuff. meaning let celebrity be a tool for discussing more socially relevant things.
And on a last note, my friend who works for a Production company which shall remain nameless says Brad is indeed in teh Obama camp - as is George Clooney, Matt Damon, Don Cheadle and Ben Affleck. Brad is just way too famous to come out and endorse because you never know with his level of fame hwoo it will be spun.

Brad do not even come close to being the celebrity that Tom Cruise, was, is, and will continue to be. Suri is absolutely gorgeous, and I always see this happy vibrant little baby so connected to her parents. I do not think anyone can argue with that. Some people have the nerve to put Brad in the same arena with Tom Cruise. That is the biggest joke I have heard in quite sometimes.
Tom Cruise was kicked out, and had his only studio backed by many many A-list celebrities. Since then, Brad’s movies are not even filling movie theatres even though his movie was in only 5 theatres.

Go ahead and bvote for who you like but I would assume Angelina has WAY MORE in common with Barack Obama for the following reasons: Angelina ahs a mixed race family of Asian, Black and White kids. Barack’s mother is White, father is Black and his sister is half Asian. His step-father was Asian. His niece is half Chinese, Inodnesian and White. Barack is a man of the world - of many influences. He comes form a blended family and Angelina believes in such families. Brad too. So in terms of ow they see the world: Angelina, Brad adn Barack are very very very similar.
I am confident that Barack speaks to a Brangelina type of family and world as Angie and Brad too. Plus Barack’s ties to Africa are very personal. His grandmother still lives in a hut in Kenya. His father was born there. Angelina adn Brad love Africa. I see the connection. And it makes me proud of being an American cause we are so global!
When Barack talks of refugees and African, it is deeply personal. When Angie talks of Africa, it is personal - her daughters were born there. The western world is fighting terrorism led by Muslim extremists, and an ex Muslim (if Obama really was a Muslim before he became a Christian) is running for the office of president. He has kind of distanced himself from his pastor ‘uncle’, Jeremiah Wright, for now but I think that if he wins, his objectionable pastor ‘uncle’ will be a regular visitor to the WH. Has your neighbor seen this new video from the Netherlands? Geert Wilders, who made it, now has 24 hour protection. He sure needs it!

Orchid - I shun away from politics. I follow my gut feeling when I go to the poll, so I really do not have to hear what these candidates have to say. Not a very intelligent way of voting, but I am happy win or lose.
As far as growing orchids, they were given to me as gifts. They were thriving inside my house for a while. Since orchids are aerial plants, I do not have to deal with dirt to grow them. That’s why I like them, clean and beautiful . Lately, I am leaving them to mother nature and transferred them outside. To tell you the truth they are looking very healthy outside.
I think Shiloh has the charisma that both her parents have. I enjoy looking at Shiloh’s beautiful pictures. Suri is also beautiful. I like the way Angie picks clothes for her children. They look like real down to earth children. Nothing phony about them.

As soon as they notice you don’t agree with them, they start attacking and namecalling, totally forgetting that if they need to resort to attacking and namecalling, it means they don’t know what else to say/how to answer, and have actually lost the debate!

I love orchids. Have been given potted orchids too, but I don’t know how to take care of them. After the flowers are gone, they don’t flower again for me. Maybe I overwater or underwater them. I’ve bought a coffee-table book on orchids and just enjoy the pictures!

These are celeb babies, what exactly have they accomplished?! Its kind of like Paris Hilton, they are famous for being famous.

I would never judge a presidential candidate based on race or religion. That is a bigoted way to choose a president. Who cares what religion someone is or what race or what their name is. The important question is what do the stand for, what are their ideas, and how knowledgeable are they about the world. How well will they perform in the role of president. They’re both pretty girls. We all pick our favorite. Can’t argue about taste.
I think Suri is cuter and better dressed but Shiloh is gonna have a more well rounded and normal upbringing than Suri who will be doctrinated from the get go in Scientology. I’m afraid for her.
Suri is compact looking and bowlegged. Shi has more allure and poise. She has that tallish swan look.
Suri’s neck is swollen under her shoulders which are already showing sign of lack of poise with a curb on the back, shoulders inside, her poise looks like the one of an old woman. She walks weirdly on those legs.
Shi is in greater form : shoulders are well toned and athletically built, her neck is much more noticeable and her poise is perfect like the one of a little lady. She stands tall and can sustain her back keeping her head up gracefully. Shi is definitely the more gracefull one.

Suri looks weird and has average looking facial features besides the eyes. Her lips are thin and shapless, her nose is broad so no real equilibrium between those two main traits and she has a broad jawline bone that makes me believe that she will be very squarrish as she grows older. She has nothing that stands just the fact that she is a baby and has baby cuteness but once it’s gone, only the thin shapless lips and broad nose will be noticeable.
Shilo, on the otherhand is not the typical blond, she is exotic looking and has gracefully very feminine features…she is like the kind of a mini Estella Warren with perfect ly shaped full lips, beautiful eyes shape and color, perfectly button nose and refined overall facial traits including a slight kleft on a very soft chin. Her beauty has that exotic unique vibe and if she turns out to be a brunette, it will be even more noticeable.
