Brad Pitt & Barack Obama are Related

The View gals asked Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama this morning to help clear up the rumors that he’s related to Brad Pitt.

“I guess we are ninth cousins something removed or something,” Barack said.

Jokingly he added, “I think he got the better looking side of the gene pool.”

Barbara Walters couldn’t agree more: “We thought you were very sexy looking (applause). Don’t you think so? (to audience)”

Apparently, the other Democratic presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, is cousins with Pitt’s partner, Angelina Jolie, twice removed.

Um, yeah. Just so you know! Watch the clip of Barack on The View here.

mystify:
I try not to waste my energy hating any celebrity, or anyone for that matter. But I REALLY DISLIKE Paris. She makes me cringe. She is completely vapid, racist and full of ****. So much for her b.s. about prison changing her. Whatever. And here I am, wasting my energy on her. LOL.

Gotta get the kiddies ready for bed. BBL!

I don’t know if McCain is better than Bush, but a lot of people say that, so I guess I’ll believe you to calm myself down, lol.
It’s just that after 8 years of GWB, just the word Republican gives me a stomach ache.
——-
He is definitely better than Bush! He is not arrogant, and is willing to work with Democrats. He has very good Democrat friends. McCain is not like Bush! Some Republicans don’t like him because he is not arch conservative. He is flexible.
—————————
Flexibility on issues is a good thing to have, so he does sound better than GWB, if he HAS to be elected. I just don’t understand the mentality of some democrats. As you said, if one candidate gets the nomination, the other’s supporters are gonna go vote republican? Why? Obama and Clinton’s stance on the issues isn’t that different and I think democrats should unite and support whoever the candidate is.

…I don’t know about Barack having a sexy voice, but, he doesn’t sound like he’s learning lines during a basic interview and can make sense in impromptu conversation like grown people who speak for themselves…hahahah

Piper with a low:

I don’t have to prove anything to you. I work in Los Angeles and I am part of a network group of Industry people. And this is the inside story about Brad Pitt. Now only he knows what he did inside the voting booth but the word amongst Hollywood people who know him is that he is in that camp. And I do find it interesting that so many Jolie-Pitt fans are so offended if Brad is voting Obama. You can accept Brad and Angelina adopting kids around the world but can’t accept a fabulous biracial president who is of a family of mixed race people like Brangelina’s family. I find that interesting. Turn the mirror onto yourself honey. I am with the majority - the people have spoken and Obama has gotten most of the popular votes and most delegates. Hillary can only win if she steals it. So get mad all you want - I am in good company.

And ask yourself privately: why are you so mad if Brad was supporting Obama? huh? Ask yourself that question. And you may not be happy with the answer that your own self gives you.

Cook,

I’ll tell you all about it when I get there. :D Loving you right back.

Fefe,

…you’re making papi proud baby…

…I would think they would see Barack’s biracial make-up and experience with Asian culture…
——-
What experience with Asian culture?
The fact that he went to a madrassa (Muslim school) in Indonesia when he was a little boy? I heard on TV that he claims to speak Indonesian, but apparently his teacher said that it’s not true.

TO COOK

Dear friend (or at least fan) Cook

Because you are of Haitian origin or Puerto Rican if I remember correctly, I will speak to you in Spanish.

I do it through this medium because I don’t have your email
(I would do it privately)

But given that the nature of the matter that concerns me is public and the majority of visitors to this site do not speak Spanish, I will do it so publicly.

The issue at hand is your discussions with Felinelilly

I personally have nothing against the erotic talks or sexual references which I do not think is the correct site that YOU TWO have decided to use to carry them out.

This for the love of God is DISRESPECTFUL, INDECENT AND INAPPROPRIATE. A site devoted primarily to celebrity gossip and information, in this case Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

I do not know whether you have children, but in case (to have children) would you permit a child of yours read such things?
As an expectant mother, I would not like my son to come to places like this because they are full of gossip and this is no big deal, but to come and see these topics and read those two-way talks that are highly sexual?

I think that YOU TWO should stick to the reason for this page:
THE JOLIE-PITT’S FAMILY AND THEIR CHILDREN

Of course you will probably say that if the sexual talks bother me I should avoid them and you will continue to write them but before you write such things think of the children and teenagers who come here on a daily basis, who are most sexually experiencing with their bodies and found a stimulus more on your conversations.

I understand that YOU TWO are sexual beings. I am pregnant I am extremely sexually because I am in my 20’s so I understand but I believe it is inappropriate to the site.

If you like doing in a public space you and her should chose an inactive site and have your sexual conversations.

I hope that’s does not bother you too much but I think it right to state my position and express my dissatisfaction on the matter.

If they are banning bad words because they are prohibited, sexual conversations should also be banned? I think it is a double standard

Definitely! It shows a person who is broad-minded and a leader who never forgets that he represents both sides, all sides.
He is a much older candidate than the others, and has suffered greatly in Vietnam. If he ends up winning, you can be sure he will be far different from the arrogant current occupant of the WH.

Trigger,

If you were an insider in Los Angeles, you would know that the primary already happened; therefore, there is no ‘Brad is voting for…’ or “Angelina is on the fence about…’

Don’t get mad at me if you come on here and try to act like an expert and your fcuking game/insider knowledge wasn’t tight.

And BTW… I would be leery of having you in on any behind the scenes stuff, since clearly, you have a problem with verb tenses or the basic grasp that the CA primary election HAS ALREADY HAPPENED!!!

Is this sinking in, Schleppy?!!

Posters… point Trigger to the nearest salt lick and move on.

oh oh……tsk!tsk! no good!

What experience with Asian culture?
^^^^^^^^^^

obama’s step-father is Indonesian. His sister is married to a Chinese person and his nieces adn nephews are half Chinese. As a part Asian person myself, I find this inspiring. And you actually believe a Senator from the US who went to a “Madrassa” could actually be sworn into the Senate. Shows your ignorance. You have a hatred for Muslims. As a biracial person, I stay clear from hate talk. You have hate talk. My parents taught me better. Like someone said above, Obama appeals to young voters who are not tainted by hatred in old school American, he is supported by college educated people who have learned to think before voting and he is supported by higher income people who are noto threatened by people who are different. I’ll let you be the racist that you clearly are. II find it interesting that you are a supporter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. They would never attack Muslims the way you do. How sad for you. Ii am glad I am of a mixed race - Asian and White - background and in my home, there was never any tolerance for hatred of people based on religion and race. Who cares if anyone is Muslim. For the record, Obama is a Christian. Read a book. Learn something.

why is it called racism, when someone doesn’t like Obama?

why can’t some of you understand that there are people who don’t like Obama’s ideas, and that has got absolutely NOTHING to do with race.

so if I don’t like Hillary, am I being a sexist?

To Sara:

Why would young children come to JJ? As for teenagers, do you know that 25% of teenagers have an STD? You are way too late with your concerns! There is p#rn everywhere! It’s a billion-dollar business. What we have here is mild, MILD, compared to what is available out there!

piper, with a low @ 03/28/2008 at 6:42 pm

Like any angry person without reason, you are stuck kon semantics because it is the only way you can make a point. When I said they were on the fence - Ii am referring to endorsements. I went to college, I watch CNN, I know when each stated voted. Why would you think I not know this? Why would you think this is som e special info that only you are privvy too? I was saying that the reason Brad Pitt is torn about coming out and endorsing Obama is because neither he nor the Obama campaign know whether such a famous person would hurt or help the campaign. Brad and Angelina have said this in interviews - tehy are not sure whether such political endorsements help. Matt Damon has said the same thing. And yes, I work in Los Angeles - being an “insider” which simply means privvy to the word on the town is not a big deal out here - everyone works in the industry here - everyone. And from the stories I have heard from people who work in pretty “In” jobs with the Clooney and Affleck camps, etc - Brad is on board but he is just too famous to come out and endorse. That is what I have heard. You can go from now until eternity and tell yourself that this is not true and that is your choice. I am telling you what I have heard. And at the end of the day, it does not matter, the proof is in the numbers and Obama is ahead. Mathematically impossible for Hillary to win unless superdelegates decide the race. This is a fact. An absolute fact. So calm down, it is not that serious. Be nice. it’s Friday.

So let Obama becomes Dem candidate. He will not become president because Hillary supporters will vote for John McCain. So don’t worry even he is the candidate.

Tamlin:
Does part of your job include spreading ignorance? You appear on this site out of nowhere trying to stir the pot with your nonsense. Who cares???

SOS - No it’s not racist if you don’t like Obama’s as a candidate but it’s racist if you are basing your disdain because of his race/gender/etc…

Many people want change but controllable or comfortable change and that’s what Hillary Clinton is offering with her same ole political tactics and personal agenda. I am very verbal about the politics in America right now. I don’t believe any one candidate has all the answers but I do believe in the lesser of two evils or the choice that I am willing to live with. I do believe that we would be doing our country a great disservice to elect Clinton as the democratic nominee or even worse the presidential nominee. How sad is it for our fellow countrymen to side with a hot headed, left wing Republican who may not even out live his presidency because of fear. Fear of what. That’s the question. What are the lesser of your two evils. I pray it’s not race or gender. We must be responsible in our choice for ourselves and our children’s children. Change begin within and we cannot change holding on the same ole politics, the same of way of thinking and same ole leadership…

(((BRAVO)))

As another biracial person I agree with everything you said. I am amazed at the ignorance and prejudice beng displayed here by some. I too was raised in a home that did not allow prejudice of any kind to cross our threshold, including religious bias of any type, never ever.
