Miley Cyrus heads over to Beverly Center for some shopping with BFF Mandy Jiroux and mom Tish Cyrus on Friday at the edge of Beverly Hills, Calif.

The trio shopped at Bloomingdales, Diesel, Dolce, and Max Studio.

i cant quite work out if her uber friendly attitude is sweet and obliging or just attention seeking and weird. I mean she obviously enjoys it, but im not sure if thats neccessarily a good thing.
But other than that… love her clothes
hate her hair
feel indifferent towards her as a person

however i have to say this im sorry i know loads of people have said it and its getting really annoying, but WHERE ARE ZANESSA??? i mean obviously they are not in the same place right now, but i just want updates on them and when they will meet up again!
