Miley & Mandy are Ivy Leaguers
Miley Cyrus and aspiring pop star BFF Mandy Jiroux visit the local Ivy patch in Los Angeles on Friday.
Miley’s momager Tish accompanied the pair. Everyone was celebrating a friend’s success of finding her lost dog.
Earlier, Miley’s Smart Car was seen being hauled back to a local garage.

I agree with #47 people are DISGUSTING.

UGH!! i used to dislike miley, and then recently (about 3 weeks ago) i started to really like her, but now she is just annoying! in the past like 3 or so weeks that i have actually paid ANY attention to her she seems like she has become such an attention wh**e. ):
and by the way. I AM SO ANNOYED that she is carrying a Balenciaga. (and no its NOT because of vanessa hudgens carrying one - because there are so many people who have them), but its because i have been wanting a Balenciaga for almost 4 years and then i see her with one, and its HUGE, and i notice how she goes through bags really quickly…and seriously, if i had a Balenciaga and had gotten one 4 years ago when i REALLY wanted one, i would still be wearing it to this day (they look great with a lot of wear and tear)

Wow this girl is an attention *****, more than anyone young or disney related as of right now. She’s only 15 , so it’s understandable but this is all going to come back and bite her in the ass. Papz attention espcially from ones who constantly followed britney isn’t going to help her any not mention causing a vast number of people to hate her for no real reason.
It’s also sad the youth on this blog who just don’t get it. Noone should be responding to pap questions or making conversation with them. They’re invasive and also cause a commotion for all the regular people who happen to be around. As well as other family members who don’t want a part of it but get caught in it anyway. Of course they’re the reason why this blog is even running so unfortunately this is just the world as of today.

#61- Not everyone responding is young. I for one am a miley fan, but am in my older teen years, people dont understand that she does have fans in different age ranges.. i was at 2 of her concerts, and ive seen the fan crowd.
Some may not think its ok to “respond back” to the paps. But who’s to say she shouldnt? I think its NICE and considerate. Ignoring them wont make them go away either way, so you might as well be yourself and just be kind- there is no harm in that.
Yeah, ignoring the paparazzi WILL NOT make them suddenly go away.. so I dont agree with those saying she shouldnt “respond back” why shouldnt she!? she’s being friendly, its just her nature, its the way she is.
