I would like to see some of you all pictures that are calling Rihanna ugly ,and let the whole JJ community judge your ass.

In my opinion, Rihanna is a very attractive girl; she sounds great on records; not so great live, actually she has no stage precence. She is a style icon, everywhere I look ppl have a damn bob like the assymetrical one she had before the pixie cut……both hairstyles suit her. She has great skin and her features suit her. And although her style is not her own, I like it.

Her body looks proportion to me. Just like y’all stand up for Britney saying that her body size is fine, so too you should say for Rihanna because not everybody looks hungry like half these sick looking celebrities.

When I first saw these pics, I wondered where the hell she got those pants but watch the rest of hollywood follow and then the rest of y’all will too, talking bout, “it’s the new style”.

And who the hell asked if that’s her real hair? What you think black ppl dont ever wear their real hair? Most black celebs wear weave to protect their real hair from styling damages. And why don’t ppl ask the same of white celebs…..damn…..they wear extensions too.

I just can’t come up with a good reason for why some ppl would call this gorgeous young lady ugly and that’s why ppl will bring out the race card….there are just no feasible answers unless ppl are judging her by white standards….the standards that dominate almost all continents for century.

If you say , “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”, well the beholders beliefs of beauty is not their own but that of their culture. Need I go on?

Sorry my post is so damn long but I usually read the previous posts first and I just had to respond to them.

Rihanna looks like a white girl. She has very Caucasian features so this idea of her ‘blackness’ being unfairly judged against white standards is laughable. Let’s save the pity party for a real sista who’s being unfairly maligned and marginalized, not a manufactured pop princess with a weak voice & poor stage presence whose 15 minutes will be up soon.

Re: her hair, people ask the SAME questions about whites all the time. I read constant comments on this site and others about whether Jennifer Aniston/Kate Hudson/Anne Hathaway are wearing hair extensions…whether Rennee Z /Nicole Kidman are going bald, how Katie Holmes looks 60, etc…No one gets upset and plays the ‘race card’ over those comments. lmao@people standing up for Britney Spear’s body size. She is constantly attacked for being overweight and ugly on this site and others. Must be some magical private url no one knows about where she’s being stood up for.

Btw, I’m a black man and I don’t find Rihanna pretty or a ’style icon’. I guess I must be racist? lol!
