Hi angel how are you? I am very excited to have another additions to the family. My 2 g-sons just left our house. Their mommy picked them up, I had to rush to Wal Greens earlier & bought a medicine for fever, the eldest one has a fever. I hope, he gets better.

You hate Jennifer Aniston and her PR Manager much more than you like Angelina or Brad.

According to many, you don’t even like them, you just pretend to like Angie and Brad. Your real goal is to insult Jen and her PR Manager. Almost every single comment you write is something about Jen and her manager.

You have been kicked out from many website because you are so irritating, so obsessive, so dirty mouth, so agressive.

Angie is years younger than Jennifer, but Angie is the one who is very accomplished and living a full life! She has it all now in every angle of life many years before hitting the big 40.

Thank you so much for your family’s great spirit and generous hearts. I’m from central Texas, and you and the fam are so close by! But despite the proximity, we are still worlds apart. See, I am in San Antonio, on the southside, where we are still living segretated lives and desperate poverty abounds everywhere now with the economic troubles of our country.

I am a teacher in a Title I school down the road from Mission San Jose. My 65 students live in crowded, unkept government apartments or old houses built by the German immigrants in early 1900.

Our school district, (Harlandale Independent School District) is in turmoil over money issues since we are losing federal funding because so many children only know Spanish and they fail the state tests. Even though we are only 2 minutes away from Mission San Jose and the trails rich in history leading through the meandering SA river, most of the children in my class have never been to these National Historic landmarks and parks. This is due to our district not having money for field trips. We also don’t have a playground. Our 700 kids have only concrete to play on & it’s easy to get hurt.

If you’d want to see poverty in the US, right down the street of beautifully constructed stone 1600’s Missions, this is the place. The architecture is fantastic, and was built by Coahuiltecan Indians. We even have a small, but well equipped airport named after the first lady flight instructor, Stinson. The landing strip is less than a tenth of a mile from the SA river, and a quarter mile from the missions. They house planes and also charter them.

I’m mentioning this because it I know that you care about children, and your family would have an awesome time seeing the wildlife and birds along the mission trails. Blue Herons, Snowy Egrets, Wild Geese, to name a few.

And if you happen to touch down out here in south San Antonio, please drop by my school, Adams Elementary. The children are so needy, and strong role models for these latino girls certainly helps keeping them from dropping out (we have a 50% drop out rate here).

We need someone to bring attention to this generation of children who see so little of the world beyond their state testing practice, day in day out. We need to know that someone cares about their reading and to show that reading opens the doors to the world’s cultures.

Having a school with 700 young children and no playground is so difficult. Also, having no library within walking distance keeps kids from reading to their potential. A library is scheduled to be built years from now down the street, but they need a kick start to push that momentum.

I know y’all can’t help everyone who needs help, but this is one place, close by, that you could make such a memorable difference. If the children could see the missions and understand their heritage, they would be more secure in their lives and know they don’t have to move from apartment to apartment each 6 months. They can take pride in their neighborhood if we can remove the grafitti and build networks who want to make a global difference insulating their homes from the hot Texas heat. Most people don’t have money for insulation or energy efficient air conditioners or even vehicles. We’re in a tough situation here in South Texas as seen from many angles.

I wanted Angie to know about this area. The small airport here is secluded and private and no one would even know you all were here if that is what you’d want. But to see the Missions and know their foundation to the entire Southwestern US’s history, well, it’s worth the trip just for that.

Angie, you rock! My own kids go to Gamestop, so I am posting this in hopes that since it seems you’re right down the street, you and the family might really enjoy the historical Missions and maybe meet some school children in the process.
