Kathie Lee Gifford Joining The Today Show

Kathie Lee Gifford is joining The Today Show as a co-host of the fourth hour with Hoda Kotb. Her morning show duties begin April 7.

Gifford, now 54, left Live with Regis and Kathie Lee to pursue her singing career and spend time more with her family in July 2000. Kelly Ripa was named the permanent co-host February 2001.

I saw Kathie Lee on Today and she is just as onoxious as ever! She talks over everyone. And why does she get top billing - meaning Hoda was there FIRST and they should be using her name first and she should come out first. HUGE MISTAKE hiring Kathie Lee back!

I still watch the today show up until the hour that Kathie Lee comes on..I cannot stand her and I can’t believe the Today Show hired her…I used to like Hoda, but now that she is with Kathie Lee, I can’t stand the both of them..

I also stop watching the today show when Kathie Lee comes on. I just can’t stand her. It’s like they are putting her before the other hosts that have been there longer. There is something way wrong with that. Something about her just rubs me the wrong way.

Ok I thought I was the only one who couldn’t stand Kathie Lee. I really liked watching the forth hour of the Today show and now I can’t stand it. Why would they hire her????? She is constantly interupt Hoda and everything is a joke. How annoying. NBC get rid of her before you lose your viewers. Oh and the other thing is now the name is Kathie Lee and Hoda. How come Kathie Lee gets first dibs, Hoda was there first.

I have been wondering about the same thing as everyone else..Why does KLG have billing over Hoda? Also Hoda seems to not be able to articulate anything meaningful without KLG;s constant interruption. I did e-mail The Today Show about the whole billing issue,but there was no response..As usual,do they really care what the public thinks………….No more Today Show for me after 9am, I’ll be watching
CNN until Lou Dobbs comes on.

Please get this woman off tv,she is too loud and needy,Hoda is a lovely Lady and does not need to be put with such a *****!
