Blake Lively and Ed Westwick film from the NYC set of Gossip Girl on Monday.

It was revealed yesterday that Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen) has a new love interest, played by Jesse Swenson.

“Gossip Girl” returns from the writer’s strike imposed hiatus. Taylor Momsen was spotted filming new scenes on March 31 with actor Jesse Swenson, who we can exclusively reveal will play Jenny’s new boyfriend when the series returns with fresh episodes on April 21.

But there’s a hitch, the mop-topped stud (seriously, is this haircut a pre-requisite?) attends a rival school which creates some major drama within Jenny’s newly adopted inner circle of friends during her attempts to continue climbing the social ladder.

And who takes advantage of Jenny’s predicament? Naturally it’s the recently dethroned Queen B, Blair Waldorf! The power struggle between the two dueling divas is shaping up to be a major focus of the second half of the season, with Blair using Jenny’s new love as a pawn in her quest to regain her crown.

OMG Ed Westwick is sooooo hot!!!! Not only is Gossip Girl coming back but he is going to be a new movie that comes out May 2nd!!! It’s called Son of Rambow and I can’t wait to see his gorgeous face on the big screen!
