OlderWentworth Miller Fans for Charity
The fans of Prison Break star Wentworth Miller are joining together to raise money in Wentworth’s name for the children’s charity, UNICEF.
Wentworth, 35, has given this project his full blessing: “It’s my privilege to be a part of the entertainment business, an industry that has reached out to and touched the lives of billions of people around the world. It gives me tremendous pleasure to think that many of those same people have been motivated to reach out to others in turn. This charitable effort was conceived, organized and executed by a group of generous fans willing to donate their time and energies to a worthy cause. I’m honored to participate in this process, and I thank you for doing the same.”

And if you’ve been sleeping under a rock, FOX recently renewed Prison Break for a fourth season, ordering a full 22 episodes. Production this time around will be in Los Angeles.

to kangarookoo this my opinion =>I think that wentworth miller is person with a clear conscience and he’s not a racist or homophobic .He is not to try is heterosexual ou homo , he is show how to respect other .

This commercial was made to promote “Prison Break” for “YesTV” in Israel, and was part of Went’s promotional obligations for same, so it wasn’t something he had a choice about. “Yes” evidently decided this is what they wanted for the ad, and he turned up and did his job. Personally, I think it’s pretty funny.
And what on earth does him being in a commercial with a transexual have to do with his image with regard to it being heterosexual or otherwise? MAKING IT WAS PART OF HIS JOB! The whole thing was obviously a joke, anyway.

I have a sneeking suspicion that Wentworth Miller is not on any directors wish list for any serious roles in films in Hollywood. I get the impression no one considers him for any roles…he’s not going to do anything but Prison Break. And let’s face it PB is on a slow decline…that’s why we see him in silly commercials. If he were really that good wouldn’t he be offered better things than junk commercial ads?

5000 is a big amount for beginning and when Went gives money for others worthy causes you don’t know it because he’s discreet.
And he says he wants to dedicate himself to PB and makes films after…
With his quoted value in foreign countries, he will make films when he will want.
So, don’t judge when you know NOTHING !!!
Actually Frenchie Wentworth has also said he is not happy with the roles he’s been offered so it’s not as if he’s in a position to pick and choose.
And on that matter I think you also need a dictionary to work out the difference between “speculation” and “judging”

It seems also he is very selective and demanding in his choice. He said he knows what he wants to do and what he doesn’t. Many actors accept bad script…just for shooting absolutely…
But it’s not because he doesn’t get offer.
I think Went doesn’t reason like others Hollywood Actors. So people don’t understand and imagine bent things….

wentworth has many propositions from hollywood but he doesn’t want to act in a film which is not interesting for him (horror films, or blockbuster, tv has created intersting plots and shows and cinema is in a trouble there ‘re not a lot of films with a deelply story ’scenario’ hollywood keeps making films about comics (it’s cool but we need a clever story, plot…i like science fiction but i like seeing films with a good script more realistic) i ‘m not surprised that Went takes his time, i would do make the same thing :if i was him i would prefer to not act at all instead of acting in a bad and annoying movie !!!
He also has a “writer soul ” he can write his story on his film…i think wentworth will have a long career so much that he ‘ll go on making the good choice , he’s patient and he’s right…
Our children are such a worthy cause and God will bless us for helping them. There are so many crimes against children it has just become an epidemic ie: Warren Jeffs and his “compound” and haut de la garenne being just two recent atrocities!

How awful that anyone would think he is donating “ONLY” $5000!! Nobody asked him to donate - he offered to do it himself. And how would you know if he didn’t donate more? He’s probably just trying to be modest.
