CSI: Miami star Brendan Fehr shows off his cute new daughter, James Olivia Fehr, on his official website.
The 31-year-old former Roswell actor’s wife Jennifer Rowley gave birth to baby James on March 26.
Proud papa Fehr said, “James Olivia Fehr is the new addition. 9 lb. 7 oz., 21 in. born March 26, 12:04 am. I’m just taking it all in and yeah whatever, it’s not your kid so you might not care (that’s how I am about other people’s kids so don’t feel bad) but I’m loving just watching the little monkey and won’t bore you since I think new parents have that tendency but man … just blessed, really blessed. Beautiful wife, beautiful child and a God who claims us all as His children. Couldn’t be happier.”
Fehr previously dated Roswell co-star Majandra Delfino during filming of the series.

That’s the way to do it. Post your own baby pictures, not sell to the highest bidder. I realize he and his wife do not carry the high level of fame others who shall remain nameless do, but “here is a picture of our new bundle of joy!” beats “ok, how much are you willing to pay to see the new addition(s) to our blissfully happy lives?”

Congratulations to the Brendan Fehr family. I’m not too keen on the name he’s chosen - James - since his daughter is the one who will have to fend off the teasing remarks and handle all the explanations as to why she has a boy’s name. She’s a cute little tadpole, though.
Okay, she is quite possibly one of the cutest babies I’ve ever seen. She’s a big girl! haha. James, though? Oh well, she’s so precious with her full head of hair ahhh, she’s too cute, I can’t stand it.

Is it normal to call “a girl” with “James”? Does “Jamie-Lee” Curtis means actually “James-Lee”? Somehow it reminds me to Johny Cash’s song” a man called Sue”…
ok i no celebs n stuff r trying to make boys names girls names and vice versa but i think the entire world will agree with me when i say james will always be just a boys name! cute kid though

Baby Girl should change her name to Jamie as soon as she is old enough. She will be receiving mail addressed to Mr. James Fehr for the rest of her life. Even when she checks ‘Female’ in the gender box, people will autoomatically think of her as a male. James is not one of those male names that will become unisex overnight like Brooke or Cameron or Spencer. Because it is so entrenched biblically as a male name it will always be a male name.

That thing about him being virgin before marriage is a BIG bag of crap. Know someone ‘dated’ him for a while. He can sell that Britney Spears crap as much as he wants but I tell you that no, and my friend wasn’t his first either, that’s fer sure!! Hey, but Jennifer’s a very lucky woman, if you know what I mean ;D… and besides that, the guy’s great. Really funny and caring with his couples. At least he was with my friend a lot, so I bet he would be a great papa.
Oh, and James after one of the members of Metallica, he used to say that his offspring whatever it was would be called after him. And he did… I’m really glad he’s doing well.
