Regulars Penn Badgley and Jessica Szohr and guest star Michelle Trachtenberg shoot scenes for their hit drama Gossip Girl on Vernon Boulevard in NYC’s Queens on Thursday.

Szohr just turned 23 this past Monday. Happy Belated, Jessica!!

Did you know that Jessica Szohr is African American? She is the perfect example that black people come in all shades. Wentworth Miller, Hallie Berry, Jessica Szohr and so on. I don’t look at the show, because once again it is a show about young white kids. It is 2008 and we still only have shows where it’s okay to think that this generation still stick with their own kind and not only date interracial, but have no friends that are not white.
