Jessica Simpson Shaves Like a Man

Actually ! Verna Lisi was Wayyyyy more beautiful than Simpson at that age. As for Simpson , she looks rather on the dudish side in that pose

You Jessica haters are all weirdos—explain to me, please, how she looks like a man? Is it her pretty face, or her large chest? Jessica is one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen. She is having fun with the media and her fans, and I think that it’s a great job. Yes, they did this 40 years ago, but everything old is new again. And by the way, I think that in comparison Lisi looks more like a man, sort of a friend of the old movie, Victor/Victoria.

“Tyra,” I think that was sort of the point of Jessica’s shoot. Jess is supposed to be doing a very everyday thing, the gender thing isn’t supposed to matter– plus, the guy who set up the shoot said he only wanted Jessica because of her boobs.

Awesome. Mildly profound, even. I don’t care much for Jessica Simpson, but I do like the statement that this picture makes. People are often so insecure about genderfakking it’s hilarious to see them squirm at such pics, going, “WTF I HATE YOU” or “I don’t get it” or “I’m confused!” Goes to show how much emphasis we place on superficial labels to compensate for our own inner insecurities… like the guys who are morbidly afraid of the color pink.
