Miley Cyrus and her mom Tish do a little shopping at the James Perse boutique in Malibu, Calif. on Saturday.
The Hannah Montana starlet, 15, gives her mom a loving hug before heading out.
On her trip, Miley had an unusual request - a fan wanted her to sign her body so it could be tatooed!

jo, frankly, her dad was a one-hit wonder, and I think is completely living vicariously through his daughter. I do think she can sing, but she’s not funny and charming to the rest of us. She talks like a motormouth very LOUDLY, and is annoying. I do think she’s cute. Not loving the way her parents are pushing a 15 yr old….look what happened to Brittney. She needs a life outside of performing and acting, and not having a normal teenage life will catch up with her someday. It always does with child phenoms.

Hello, I love Miley Cyrus, she is amazing. Lately i’ve noticed there isn’t that much Miley as usual and that’s okay but I love her so keep the Miley Cyrus acoming. Miley talks very obnoxiously, she talks way too loudly like she thinks she has to yell to talk and then she sounds like she has something in her mouth like that Invisilign or whatever it’s calld. Soooo annoying, I had braces and they didn’t make me talk loud and obnoxiously, I think she does it on purpose because she thinks it sounds good but its god awful.
