Miley talks very obnoxiously, she talks way too loudly like she thinks she has to yell to talk and then she sounds like she has something in her mouth like that Invisilign or whatever it’s calld. Soooo annoying, I had braces and they didn’t make me talk loud and obnoxiously, I think she does it on purpose because she thinks it sounds good but its god awful.
