A Tasty Kate Walsh Sandwich
Kate Walsh and husband Alex Young spend Saturday afternoon at a friend’s Westwood apartment and grab some gourmet sandwiches at Sandbag’s.
The 40-year-old Private Practice star was recently in Washington D.C. promoting the need for comprehensive, medically accurate, commonsense sex education programs.

This is pure speculation … but I wonder if she’s pregnant? She seems intent on covering her stomach here. Plus, she’s let her trademark colored red hair go back to its original color - dark brown. They look really happy together … marriage agrees with her :)

Kate looks great. I wouldnt exactly say shes prego and hiding something because shes on the thin side so it would have been picked up on by now. Look at the pictures from her speaking about sexaul education. Besides her hair color is constanly changing when shes not filming. A true KW fan would know that ;).
That wool jacket is the exact same one Addison is seen wearing in an episode of season 2. Which ever episode Addison pulls into the parking lot at SGH and sees Mer putting the Hello Kitty band aid on her zit, thats what the jacket is from!

#23 Debbie - yep, shooting starts any day now. Kate must be finishing her guest-role in Greys, shooting the movie in New Mexico & then being back in LA by late May to start Season 2 of PrP. Busy girl !

I think she does all those charity things to make speak of her, she is now in a period where she does nothing, her show is on hiatus, her movie begins to turn in May and her epy apparition in GA is already turned so she find a way to talk about her!
She does charity things, it’s great! All are celebs do it but all don’t need to call the photographers for that, I have more respect for those who do it discreetly, it’s more altruistic! KW is just trying to make speak of her when her news is empty!!!

hmmm is waffling about nothing. Even the facts are wrong. Kate was on the set of Greys last week, her movie shoots NOW, & PrP starts back in May. Kate is busier than ever. She has spent the strike devoted to good causes, not attending every free party going like other stars.
I admire Kate for speaking at rallies to promote good causes. We’ve seen that only a few celebs are good at public speaking & Kate can be relied upon by charities & causes to deliver the goods. Anyone can write a cheque, to actually speak on their behalf at Congress is another ballpark !

They were followed around all Saturday (first dinner, and now lunch pics). Alex is a very patient man :)

Addie has such a great wardrobe. I so admire Kate, she is indeed a rare celeb who handles the attention with grace & uses her fame for good causes. Wasn’t it Marti Noxon who compared her to George Clooney saying they both have that rare quality of being charming & true to themselves both on & off screen.
Sweet cute couple. They are one of the few Hollywood couples that seem completely down-to-earth. I love how they always look so casual on the weekends. Kate looks so good without make-up. Can’t believer she’ll be 41 this yr !!

Maybe she’s going to have dark hair in Private Practice for the first few episodes too? So it would have been okay if she had dark hair during her guest appearance in GA. Or assuming that PrP will make an even greater time jum than GA she could have died her hair and died it back red again if she went back to red while shooting PrP.

Lovely couple. Kate is one of the few celebs with flawless skin & looks good without make-up. An eloquent, talented actress that is appreciated by many :)
I like how when they are pictured at w/ends they both look so casual & down-to-earth, grocery shopping or whatever. Given Alex is one of the top 10 most powerful people in Hollywood, & Kate now has her own show (& a movie career), you would never guess it. Nice couple.

I dropped Greys last season, but will watch for her alone, like a lot of people I’m sure ! I hear Season 4 has been crap without Addie & Burke. So happy Kate has a new fresh show of her own.

It is good to be a Kate fan. Our girl will be on GA on May 1st. We have a movie to look forward too, althought it comes out in 2009. Then PrP in the Fall. Plus, her Cadillac commercials and Ads. She is busy.

I need to address the hair issue, if you look closely you can see that she put red highlights in her hair, not totally brunette like it was before, guess she decided that dying her hair red for such a short period of time was not a good idea, so she just put highlights in it, whether or not she will dye it totally brunette for the movie remains to be seen.
The paps actually followed them the whole day, morning, lunch and dinner, but the morning pics were a bit invasive so it is no wonder they have not come out. Just shows how popular she is though, they harass her from the min she wakes up till the min she goes to sleep, that really cannot be fun at all.
I can’t understand why people bother commenting or saying anything if you don’t like Kate, I mean come on! get a life.
And she rocks for us, so what?
Go and talk about someone else, and seriously, get a life.
Good luck to them if she is pregnant. Shonda will write it into the show if true so it’s win-win.

#60 - They can just write it into the show. Addie wants a baby & it isn’t impossible. They could run an IVF storyline or a natural pregnancy. We know that Naomi lied to Addie to protect her from getting her hopes up. There is still a chance. Like people have said, TPTB have said that if Kate falls pregnant they will write it in & not hide it.
Question is would it be HotCops or Petes ? lol.

If she’s pregnant on the show, she would either have a donor, IMO, or it would be HotCops. Just because at the end of last episode it looked like Addison had a thing for HotCop. Also it would create more drama and would be more Shonda’s thing, I think. Because HotCop is unfortunately not meant to last (which means he either is killed in action, since he’s a cop, or just vanishes because Addison’s pregnant).
Either way, since Shonda obviously has it planned (just like MerDer) that in the long run Pete and Addison will get together, it creates another obstacle they would have to overcome.
Okay, so I just spent an entire post to speculate about something that is VAGUE speculation, so yeah, never mind. :)
Anyway, Kate and Alex are so cute together. Awesome.
Don’t get the obsession on making everyone pregnant, but thanks for the pics!! Love her! she is awesome!

I come from London & her show hasn’t yet arrived. To answer #41 JA, Meredith(& her actress) has had good reviews, Addison’s rarely used as a reference in articles on GA but it’s true that we talk about her positively, but the 2 are never compared. Your comment about Meredith being hated is wrong, she’s appreciate in Europ, there are a lot good articles about her _ goes on the site of ABC,you will see who is the favorite character (far ahead McDreamy).

LAILA - Private Practice starts in UK on Living this summer. They have already bought Season 2 rights too.
I agree with the original poster of that comment - the reviews I read in the papers here in UK always state Meredith. She is seen as the most self-absorbed lead character since Ally McBeal. Example from the recent review of last week’s ep that aired here (S3 E3) :-
“…two highly presentable men are struggling to win the affections of the insufferable Meredith (God only knows why). One of them is, of course, Dr McDreamy, who’s ended his marriage to Addison, a woman who can offer him nothing more except wit, intelligence, sophistication & cool beauty. Lucky for her she’s about to leave (to star in a spin-off series).”
The only star from Greys who would be recognised here is Katherine Heigl & that is from her movies, rather than Greys which sinks without trace.
And it is no surprise that Meredith is popular on the ABC site as that is the OFFICIAL site so it’s where the fans will naturally post lol. I notice the actress has yet to become popular enough for fanforum.net.
Notice I wasn’t bashing either, just pointing out my opinion ! You like Meredith, doesn’t mean everyone else has to.

If Addie was to be pregnant it would likely be HotCops’, but then he would die in a season cliffhanger (he’s a Cop so his days have to be numbered) & then eventually she would get with Pete. I love how there’s going to be ‘long foreplay’ as Tim Daly called it !! Much better & more exciting than two characters jumping into bed straight away. It will be such a sad storyline if that happens though. Ep 1.08 was sad enough !

Katieee - my comment is a bit late lol, but I think that’s a bluetooth thing in her ear so she can answer her phone whilst driving etc. There are loads of pics with it in her ear. The girl loves her mobile !
