Jamie Lynn Spears shows off her growing baby bump but keeps things casual in a tee and short shorts in Kentwood, Louisiana on Tuesday.
The 17-year-old pregnant Nickelodeon star was seen leaving “Connie’s Jewelry & Gifts” before she hopped into her Range Rover. It’s rumored that Jamie Lynn’s due date is July 10th.
Currently in the rumor mill: mama Lynne Spears wants Jamie Lynn to sign a pre-nup. Will baby daddy Casey Alridge sign?

So….how about everyone saves their comments about what a horrible mother she is and how stupid she is until after she fails at motherhood. She has yet to do ANYTHING wrong. I bet at least 95% of the bloggers on this website have had unprotected sex and thanked god they didn’t get knocked up by certain people. It is as if you would respect her so much more if she had a beating heart ripped out of her….literally. I think the engagement is not necessary….I am not saying any of this will work. But, she was handed a difficult situation and is dealing with it. I applaud Jamie Lynn.

people should just leave her alone…lots of teenagers get pregnant everyday and some make the decision to take the easy way out and kill another life while others take responsibility and have the baby. i myself am 18 and pregnant with my first child due in august…im at a 4 year university and im going to continue going to school…just becuase someone gets pregnant does not mean its the end. just because shes famous does not make her any different from all the other teenagers that get pregnant…get over it and get a life!

Im sure Jamie Lynn will be fine. She already makes more money than millions of parents in the world, plus her sister is loaded. I bet she will be a great mother, and im sure she will not grow up crazy. She is a normal teenage kid that is handling her problems. I bet she wil become a great sucess story.

How does this sicken anyone? Shes not the first young Teen to have a baby and she definatly isnt going to be the last one. I am a young mother too. At least she is keeping her baby and going to take care of her child. That is wat a real mother would do. I am very proud of her. She is a really good role model for those young Teen girls who are pregnant and having a baby. She isnt alone, and alot of girls these days dont even have thier parents their, or the guy who got them pregnant. Im just really excited for her to become a mom. Its not a bad thing bringing a child into this world is it? expecially since she has the money to support this child. She will do an awesome job at being a mother. and to all thoes young girls out there who are pregnant you are not the first or the last so just keep ur heads up and be happy for your baby cuz ur baby feels everything you feel..

Second of all,
She is a little girl who made a mistake. No, I do not like the Spears clan, but i do feel bad for her. She is lucky enough to have support around her, and the funds to take care of her child. Her sister might be nuts, and also not the greatest mother, but there is nothing she can do about that except try to stop the pattern. If there weren’t people like this, what would you losers talk about?

jamie lynn is the best girl in the world and i feel bad for getting her pregnant. but we’re really serious about each other, and it was a mistake. i’m just worried what kind of negative attention the baby will get from the press, and i know jamie will be a fantastic mother. she differs from her sister in so many ways, and she is the most fantastic woman in the universe.

OK….first of all lay off….its not your life so shut up about it and second of all….things happen i had a wonderful baby girl at 17, yes BEJEEBUS I also had everything available to me too but it just happened and I wouldn’t change anything for the world.
