PAMPERING PRINCESS

Kate Walsh makes her regular visit to the Kate Somerville Skin Health Experts clinic on Melrose Place in Los Angeles on Monday.

The 40-year-old Private Practice star was seen picking up her car at the valet stand.

The Washington Post has some great posts of Kate talking about sex education when she was at Capitol Hill. Here’s how she address the topic of 16-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears being pregnant: “I don’t know about setting us back. But it’s clear that sex is still not a topic that it is comfortable for people to engage in in this country. Sadly, I think there’s still a huge lack of education — not just with educators, but also with parents and children. I think innately, it’s just an uncomfortable thing to talk about. Even the most progressive, educated parents have a hard time. There is this sort of biological, psychological emotional difficulty when it comes to really educating and talking frankly about sex with your kids. I think it’s probably just human nature. It’s hard to imagine your kids becoming sexually active and really accepting that and having frank conversations about it.”

She looks great. I love that she’s so involved in something like Planned Parenthood. It almost seems too normal to be a celebrity cause but it affects so many young lives I’m glad she’s involved.

I’ve been wondering lately if she isn’t pregnant? All these pics. seem to have her trying to masquerade her stomach. I noticed this the other day, too, in the pic. of her in the heavy sweater walking with her husband. She does always look truly happy

So #33, Let me ask you this: Do you need to give birth in order to care about the well being of young people? Last time I checked, I thought children were the responsibility of everyone. Kate is not bashing parents she is simply saying this type of subject is hard for parents to bring up. I really do not understand what you find so offensive. And really-saying tic-toc,tic-toc to a childless woman is just cruel.

I try to respect people’s differing opinions but people like #33 really annoy me. Just because someone does not have children does not mean they have no right to express their opinion. The facts are pretty clear you don’t need to have kids to figure it out. Just because you are a parent does not mean you know it all.

I think she will be leaving very soon to shoot the movie.
