Miley Cyrus Granted Tish Wish

Miley Cyrus and momager Tish make their daily stop-off at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The mother-daughter duo arrived in a brand spankin’ new Porsche Cayenne GTS. Smiley mentioned she loved her new ride before heading over to Walt Disney Co. to continue work on her new album.

Hayden Panettiere also has a Porsche Cayenne.
