Gerard Butler: I’m Not Dating Cameron Diaz!

The 38-year-old husky 300 star reportedly took Cameron Diaz on a double date over the weekend with Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon. But let this be another lesson of don’t believe everything you read!
During his morning run, Mr. Butler bluntly addressed the rumors that he’s dating Cameron Diaz.
In complete Gerry humor, he said, “So if I take my dog for a walk apparently I’m f—ing my dog? No, it’s not true!”

I am not saying Cameron does drugs. I am saying she has been known to smoke some pot from time to time and she drinks. JT really introduced her to some bad habits, too. Gerry is too conservative for her. He would want someone who is less independent and more straight-laced.

If you have not seen him in person, you cannot know how much more gorgeous he is in the flesh. Photographs and film do not do him justice, and he is much more slender than he appears in these photos. In any case, the man has a beautifully formed body, and is a great guy all around!

I am a gay man and I TRULY believe that if you are gay in hollywood and a big name star… then coming out does have BIG chances of hurting your career.

TMZ has the actual video footage of this up and to be honest they have cut out the question and just have Gerry’s answer and at no time is he asked about Cameron Diaz - so are we all being a bit hasty that he was actually asked if he was dating her - for all we know the pap could have asked about Laura Harring and the dog answer seems to fit that scenario better. Actually, #98 TZ, he NEVER was even in an SUV with Naomi Campbell. The photo was spliced. It was two different SUV’s, one stopped at one location letting him out the left side and the other at another location letting her out. With the very badly photoshopped photo a stupid canadian tabloid published the rumor. Other news media picked it up as though it were true. You need to see the original source and the photo. It’s laughable. Indeed, one of the SUV’s is a dark wine color and one is dirty black. This is what the media does to celebs. When asked Butler denied it and here it is a year later and some media still uses the false rumor linking him to her everytime they talk about another of Naomi’s antics. No wonder he’s mad. Now it’s happening again with Cam D. These two are not women he would seem to be interested in dating and are an embarrassment to him to be linked to them.

Gerry will be the first to admit that when he is on down time he doesn’t workout like he does just before a new movie start shooting. He his not fat by any stretch, unless a 32 inch waist on a man is considered fat.
Every person I have talked to that has met him be it an event or just on the street will be more than happy to admit that he is a man that smells WONDERFUL even if he is in his ripped jeans and has his scruff, that is how most people recognize him anyway.

Gerard is suffering the effects of stopping smoking.
When you have been addicted to something like that, it takes all your will power and more to stop. I know, I have been there. I know it’s not the same for everyone that gives up smoking, but I really feel for him because I understand how hard it must be for him. He has tried so many times to stop, and now thankfully, he has.
Cut him some slack, I think he looks great. Not only that, I think that he is a lovely person, from what I have heard about him. Of course he is not perfect, none of us are, but as far as I am concerned, I love his work and his image. He is one of those actors that really does it for me.
