High School Musical stars and BFFs Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale were on American Idol last night for a hot second. To help raise money for Idol Gives Back, Ashnessa said,

“Hey everyone, we’re in Utah on the set of High School Musical 3, so we can’t be there tonight but we wanted to wish you all good luck.

“Remember, there are people all over the world who need food, shelter and medicine. Tonight, we can all do somethingn for them. Kids, dig into your piggy banks and parents, dig into your wallets.

“We’re all in this together, so pick up that phone and do whatever you can. Good night and thank you!”

Yuk, Slutgens is back! So nice and peaceful here without her. I’m sure her record will bomb…….awful nasal singer. No one would even remember her without her scandal. Nice publicity stunt, huh guys?

This is post about celebrities doing something for charity and still they get “I hate them” posts I just don’t get it. I know, I know this is not a fan site, people can say whatever they want. I just don’t get it is all I’m saying.

Anyway they looked cute. I didn’t notice that Ashley was holding her dog the whole time. LOL

#39 Sorry you’ve got the wrong post, this is for Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale. I really don’t who this Stutgens person is and I don’t remember any scandal involving anyone with that name. So apparently the “publicity stunt” didn’t work.

It’s great that they got to participate in raising money for a worthy cause. They’ll help in raising awareness among younger kids.

In light of last week’s fiasco over Hollywood Records’ apparent inept handling of the latest information on Vanessa Hudgens’ latest album and appearances - we at VABN are extending an invitation to all Vanessa Hudgens fansites, to join forces with us in mobilizing all her fans to get the word out. It is clear that we can not just rely on Hollywood Records anymore. They inadvertedly issued us a challenge and we at VABN are taking them up on it. We strongly believe that as one cohesive alliance/network, we can make an impact.

Let’s do this; let’s show our support! So what do you say? Are you with us in this alliance? If you are an admin of a Vanessa Hudgens fansite, someone who knows someone who runs one of her fansites or blog, please leave a contact info in the comments or send us a note. I think we need to establish a venue for everyone to gather and decide on the next course of action.

Naomi, I saw that earlier, but most of us aren’t website admins. Is there any other way we can help? She didn’t really say….

I was really impressed with the number of celebrities that came out last night for the fundraiser, and it’s always nice to see Ashley and Vanessa together, especially for a good cause! They look happy and relaxed, after a few months of hellish schedules and traveling!

Love this video of the girls. Good to see all the young people getting involved to help less fortunate children. I work in an elementary school with kids who are low income, as a reading tutor, and I see and hear what they go through . So glad people are so willing to help these kids.

Vanessa and Ashley both look really tired. I’m sure they are working long days preparing for the filming coming soon.

She’d mentioned that she’ll let us know soon. They first want to agree an action plan together and then feed through to fans. I think VABN wants to work together with all known Vanessa fansites/forums so that information is co-ordinated and accessible to all fans.

I just really like the concerted effort, hopefully once a plan has been agreed on, the rest of us (ordinary fans!) can find out little ways in which we can be part of it.

Hollywood Records sucks, especially since they’re doing such a poor job of advertising Vanessa’s album. It’s up to the fans to make sure people know it’s coming out soon and that her single will be out tomorrow! I think it’s great that people are coming together to help out V. I just wish there was something I could do….
