OlderShia LaBeouf Falls into Dark Fields

Shia LaBeouf waits for his luggage at baggage claim after landing at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The 21-year-old Transformers actor kept his head down most of the time, trying to avoid attention from fans.
Shia just signed on to star in a techno thriller called Dark Fields, according to Variety.
Neil Burger (The Illusionist) will direct the Universal pic, which is based on Alan Glynn’s novel 2002 The Dark Fields.
Mr. LaBeouf will play a young man who comes into possession of the ultimate smart pill and the events that ensue.

Oh that pic with the teenagers staring at him is just priceless, it really says it all. Shia looks miserable with all the attention, which only reinforces to me what a great guy he is- he truly wants to be an actor not a “celebrity” and he hates all the silliness that goes with the high-profile status and I really admire that. Makes me feel bad for even looking at these pics- we’re contributing to the paps stalking him! But yet I can’t stop LOL! But Shia is great, so down-to-earth and hopefully will have a long career ahead of him…
I think Shia is the most exciting young talent in Hollywood right now — Ryan Gosling or Edward Norton sadly don’t qualitfy as “young,” anymore.
Megan Fox is cute, but I really can’t see her becoming the next Angelina
Shia is clearly being groomed by the powers that be for greater things, and I have to say I wouldn’t mind seeing more of him on the silver screen in teh future.

I feel so bad for him. It was blazing hot in L.A. on Saturday and he’s wearing a freaking scarf and heavy jacket to try and hide his movie-star good looks. Maybe it’s time to hire an assistant to fetch your bags, cutie-pie.
