Zac Efron Jets to High School Musical 3
Zac Efron catches a connecting flight at JFK Airport in New York City on Sunday before jetting off to Salt Lake City to film High School Musical 3!
The 20-year-old actor arrived from London after wrapping up filming Me and Orson Welles in Douglas, Isle of Man (the center of the British Isles).
Disney recently announced that High School Musical 4 is already in the works!
“We are writing High School Musical 4“, said Disney Channel president Rich Ross. “Are we going to have all the cast back? Probably not. Will we have some of them? I hope so.”

Looks like he’s getting a boarding pass for Delta airlines. So he is going on to SLC from JFK.
Poor guy, he looks pretty damn tired. I doubt any one from the orignal cast is going to be a part of this. Whenever its mentioned, they look like they have to hold back their real throughts. HSM4 is the stupidest idea especially with no orginal cast and it’s just pathetically dragging out the series.
I must say Zac sure loves his plaid/check shirts. He must have tons of them. This one’s nice but wish he’d get some bright ones as well. There are lots of them in the market.

and I have a feeling Vanessa will be helping him with the “extra catch up rehearsals” he will have. Remember she dances with him a lot in the movies and she probably already knows the routines (since Chucky said she was a “fast learner”) Remember too from the Road to HSM videos, she hung around a lot when he was working anyway so unless she has to do other things, I bet she will be helping him or at least supporting him these next couple of weeks while he is catching up.

Anyway, the flights from JFK to SLC arrive at 7:00, 8:25 and 11:15 this evening, MOUNTAIN time (1 hour ahead of Pacific time). I hope the NYC papz alerted their Utah pap friends to this, so we can see The Hotness again tomorrow!
It’s so good to see him again but it has been an ABSOLUTE BLESSING for him to be out from under the paparazzi glare for about two months!

yes, he connected in NYC between his flight from Heathrow to NYC and his flight from NYC to SLC. He would not use Delta to fly from JFK to LAX.
as for the ring- Vaness did not wear her’s a lot while filming Will but did have it on several times when photographed not filming - she had it on on her “free day” in New York - but not on the filming day and she also had it on the day she and Ashley left LA for SLC. And you won’t see it on either one of them while they are filming HSM3. I also find that women tend to remember to wear their rings more than their men….while I wear my wedding ring constantly .. my husband rarely wears his…..not that he does not love me or anything - we have been married 24 years….it’s just hard to wear it to work and playing sports, etc.
Kristen you are a lucky girl, Utah is an incredible state. i was just vacationing there, but near Bryce Canyon, not near SLC. Just love it there, it has to be one of our most beautiful states!

HSM 4 = a big laugh. Disney has NEVER been good at knowing when to stop milking a movie so really this is no big surprise.
dalia, remember he has not been seen wearing his ring for a very long time now even before he went to London. So the absence of the ring is not going to tell us anything about their relationship. I hope this missing ring nonsense is not going to start up.

Poor guy looks absolutely exhausted I don’t know if I would have his stamina when I was his age. I hope that he gets to rest for a few days at least before starting rehearsals. And since cameras don’t start rolling until the 29th it looks like he’ll get in a bit more then nine days of rehearsal.
It probably won’t matter much but at least something. But as others have already pointed out I’m sure Vanessa will be more then happy to do her part to help him get caught up as much as possible. ;)

Zac looks really worn out. I know Nessa said on the interview of her new single,”Sneakernight”, that Zac would only have 9 days to learn his dance routines. I hope he can get some much needed rest and Nessa can spend some alone time with him. I know Nessa will help him with his routines. Chucky and Bonnie as well as Kenny will to. The whole cast seems to be just like a family. That was one of the things Zac said in one of the interviews about HSM’s and that working in it, though hard, wasn’t like most movies. Because this is a musical, Kenny the director and friends, which have become more like family, is more like fun and not so much like work. This is not his exact words but close.
It’s so good to have you home Zac. Hope you get a chance for some break before Footloose!!!

As far as the time of arrival, that is what one of the admins. said as the arrival time of one of the flights arriving in SLC from JFK, which I took to mean the most likely one he would arrive on. These girls on the site are really on the ball.

poor guy does not look like he had a great flight. making the trip back from the uk is a lot tougher to adjust to than the flight there. your sleep patterns get way more messed up. this has been pretty intense schedule for him with 3 movies back to back and no break in between. plus he had to throw an emergency appendectomy in there too. good thing he’s young! its great to see you back zac, but i hope the paps don’t find you again for awhile.

Hi Zanessa fans. I didn’t say anything about HSM4 in my last post. I like some of the rest think they should have let HSM go after 3. I was disappointed when I heard they were adding in the new cast members for 4. Then to announce the making of 4 while they should be promoting 3. This is a very special year for our cast. They are Seniors and a lot goes on with decisions they will make and also looking forward to Prom Night and Graduation. Adding a new cast and promoting 4 takes away from the 3 and it is going to be on the,” big screen”.
HSM4 should have been put on the back burner and maybe it might have had a small chance. As it is now I wonder!!!!!!!
I want our cast to finish off with the honor that made this musical for us , as well as Disney and all that is involved. They deserve it all.

i don’t think anyone from the original cast will return.. they’re supposed to have graduated from high school in HSM3. There’s no point in them returning unless its titled college musical. Its probably gonna have the new characters they will introduce in HSM3.. so its gonna be like a spin-off.

So glad to see Zac is on his way to Utah. He looks absolutely wiped out. Hopefully he can get a day or two to get over jet lag. I read somewhere that on the 11th, they had an all day shoot for the movie so that means he only got maybe one day to pack and get ready to leave, if that. He will need a good rest after HSM3. I hope he scheduled some down time after it . Looks like he needs it. Even after a long flight though, he still looks super handsome.

HSM4…..ehhh. Maybe if it was like years later and it was their children… It wouldn’t be the same if it just takes place a year after they left. I prob wouldn’t be to crazy about it, I might watch it, seeing as I loved the first two and soon three…but i wouldn’t be thrilled.

It was great to see Zac again but I hope he gets some rest as well as he looks really tired.
And as much as I’d love to see a picture of him and Vanessa together I bet their just both glad to be back together and if the press donb’t get any pictures of them together then fair play to them, after all any couple that has spent time apart deserve some private time just to be with each other, and the good thing to is that Zac is back with familiar face’s and a rountine that he has always said is like family and not really hard work becuase of the fun they all have, so I’m sure that enviroment and seeing Vanessa again will help him feel less jet lagged and of course a good night’s sleep always helps.
I just hope that he does’nt push himself to hard after all 3 films in one year and virtually done back to back is a hetic and tiring schedule for anyone even someone young and with stamina, it allcatches up with the body in the end, I think after filming finsihes he needs a few weeks back in his own place and just chill for a bit before the hetic schedule starts of promoting this film and his other one’s begins, he deserves a break.

well, i think they’ll aiming to release it quickly because they know they’ve got limited time before the hype about hsm has completely fizzled out. even my own kids are kind of tired of it. kids of that demographic still love hsm i’m sure but they have really moved on full speed to the jonas bros and hannah montana. which kind of makes you wonder why disney felt they even had to do a third installment in the first place…

I was hoping to see him for my birthday (also 4/13 ,troy I knew we were kindred souls).. I hope now the rumor mill will at least slow down as we receive more information from the whole gang in Utah. I doubt if any of the main characters are coming back for HM4 Disney just wants to get it out there while they’re still with the franchise to capitalize on their popularity. That’s why Disney is introducing more characters now.

I totally agree with you. All the HSM cast will do great when they go their separate ways. The High school Musical phenomenon came about because of the six major characters not one particular person or pair. They are a package deal. The only reason why Zac is now a bigger star than any of them in my opinion is because he was one of the first ones to break away from the cast and landed a major role.
As far as Vanessa and Zac are concerned, i think they bring out the best in each other. Vanessa definitely brought out the hotness in Zac and Zac brought out the ” other side” or the naughty side of Vanessa. Together, they bring back the memories of our first love or for the younger crowd, a first love to aspire for. So everything is good.

I think the main 6 of HSM are all star’s in their own rights and have their own talents, but if you think about it without HSM how much notice would we realy have taken of any of them Zac included.
Don’t get me wrong I think that Zac is a georgous looking male and has ceretainly grown a lot since the first HSM as has his talent and that’s through his hard work and loving what he does which does show through on camera, but I would’nt say he is the main star of HSM as it’s been said Zac was the first to branch out from HSM and do another film which was really well done and had a brilliant cast but I don’t think that people should push the other’s to one side becuase we have’nt heard so much of what their doing like we do with Zac, they
are all talented in their own ways and some will be in the spotlight more than other’s will, but as much as I enjoy watching Zac I don’t suppose he will always do good movies all actor’s do a bad one every so often, but that’s part of learning the trade.
And I’m sure that Zac and Vanesa will be okay as May said they seem to bring out the best in each other and judging from what Zac said in that interview about how relactionship between two people is scared I’m sure that they will be connected for quite some time after HSM .has finished despite what some people think.
I for one am lookingforward to hearing about all the new things that they will no doubt be trying after all HSM has opened so many door’s for them as they all have that really to be thankful for otherwise who knows when and if we would have heard of these people. To me they will always be known at the original HSM kids and hope that they don’t connect themselves to HSM4 they are all growing up and it’s only natural that they won’t want to keep doing the same thing. But I’m glad that they all did the 3 together it’s a nice way to end the original cast as we have come to know them and hearing about what their doing in their professional life.
As for their personal lives it’s just that personal but I wish all them well in that part to, and I hope that Zac and Vanessa have some quality time together now that he has joined V and the rest of the cast and get’s to chill a bit and have some fun.
I bet though he’ll be glad to get back to his apartment I know I would after all that time away and just close the door for a while.
Wonder when the next lot of photo’s will appear from Utah, I’m suprised that we have’nt seen any photo’s of the rest of the cast they seem to be keeping things really closed this time, at least the cast hopefully are getting a bit of peace then and it make’s the excitement of seeing HSM3 on the big screen that much better if to much not’s leaked, my daughter can’t wait to see it. I’m lookingforward to seeing ‘17 Again’ not just for Zac but for Matthew Perry too he was always my favouriite of the males in ‘Friends’ he always made me laugh.

I thought maybe show them after school hanging out with some of the current HSM4 kids but that seems really stupid, or maybe show them in shots in college? THe title is HSM4 though so that doesn’t make sense either. They need to give it up already. I have to agree with those that said it would be career suicide if any of the original 6 return unless they do some very clever writing. I would leave well enough alone and quit while they are on top. No use in dragging the show into the ground. Friends was smart going off when it was still a top show. If they had gone any longer , I think it would have been too much. Look what happened to the show “Joey”!

I think The best thing we can do at the moment is concentrate on making Sneakernight a hit song that gets good radio play. I Don’t think they have send out the promo CD to mainstream radio Yet, but there is no harm in requesting her new song or sending e - mails to radio stations asking when they will have her new single.
But the main thing now that can help it now would be to keep requesting it on Radio Disney. If we can make it a huge hit on radio Disney than maybe we can get more hype surrounding this song. Also we can e - mail high profile shows and ask them about when they will have Vanessa on their show, lets make a list of shows we would love to target.

Vanessa are finding some time alone. I know it must be hard. At least I didn’t have to share my man with a whole cast and crew when he returned. What really helps us is phone calls and email, which is what I read they did. I’m sure they will make time for them ,even if it means staying up until all hours. I’m sure the # 1 priority is to catch Zac up on all the dance moves. Sure Vanessa won’t mind catching him up on the partner dancing. :)

i highly doubt that Vanessa will do HSM4, especially if Zac and Ashley aren’t doing it. Anyway, Vanessa has said in an interview that after HSM3, she are the rest of the cast are done.
i think that everyone in the cast is excited to make one final great move together so their part of the HSM series can go out with a bang and whatever disney decdes to do with HSM after that is up to Disney. All i know, is that disney will never be able to find a cast like this one. Their chemistry was so great, and it is very hard to get. it is sad that disney looks like it is milking this cow for all its worth.
personally, in my opinion, everyone in the cast is ready to move on, to bigger and better projects, and they can move on but always have a special place for HSM in their heart, because for most of them, HSM has started their careers.

I agree w/you 100%. I think all of them have the ability and the talent to go past Hsm and do great things. Vanessa in particular has done another movie apart from Disney (WILL) and can and will do more in the future.
These kids are still ripe, they can do whatever it is they feel like doing, and if Hsm 4 is to their liking, they’ll do it.

If any will return, it will be most likely Ashley, Corbin and Ryne. They are the disney darlings. Vanessa is the least likely to return actually. Vanessa stated in her last interview, while she was filming Will, that HSM3 is her final one, and she is not coming back for the 4th, 5th, etc. Vanessa was never part of Disney kids prior to HSM1. Vanessa was in the movie “Thirteen” and “Thunderbird” before HSM1. I am sure she wants to move on and do more than High School characters. Her life with Disney is pretty much over.
Ashley Tisdale & Lucas are likely to return to do more HSM, because Ashley is still part of Suite Life of Zac & Cody & the voice of Phinis & Phers (not sure of the spelling). Lucas is part of the Halloween Town. So those two are your original Disney darlings.
I don’t even think Zac was part of Disney prior to HSM1. Both Vanessa and Zac have gotten their recognization doing HSM1 and very appreciated of that. However, I think these two are ready to do more grown up movies. Vanessa probably wants to appeal to the older audiences than the 9 years old kids thru the sweet 16 group. I sure she wants more of the mature audiences group that really knows how to appreciate the arts of acting and performance.

I think that all of the HSM cast will always have a special plac for HSM in their heart’s after all it put them in the spotlight.
But for all of them to do a 4th one I think would be to much, you can hold something special to your heart but you also need to know when to move on to new things, but that does’nt mean that you don’t appreciate what something has done for you.
They will always be associated with HSM and that’s good but that does’nt mean that the original 6 should keep coming back just to please Disney bosses, like many other’s I agree that’s why they have brought the new people in this movie for them to carry it on, not sure how good of a move that is mind, as the kids who got into HSM in the first place are like the cast all growing up and new people are getting their attention so Ithink that they should have just concentrated on the people that got our attention in the first place and not brought anyone new in, as they are also always going to be com pared to the original cast which could turn out to be a dsadvantage for them.
Just my thought’s and I hope that Zac get’s over his jetlag soon and enjoys his time in Utah with his friends and regular rountine for a while.

I have to sa that both me and my daughter are’nt sad that we won’t be seing Zac or the other’s in HSM after 3 as the videos will always be avallable to watch and my daughter already has one and two nd will no doubt want three went it come’s out, and to me I’d rather watch them enjoy themselves in 3 good one’s that they wanted to do, then watch them put in a half hearted performance they were doing just to keep disney happy when they really wanted to do something else which at the end of the day is only being human and wanting to try new things an expand their acting in new and different role’s, but that does’nt mean that any of them are’nt grateful for what HSM has done for them.
And if your a true fan then you have to except that what got you interested in that person and the role they did that first caught your eye can’t always play that role and will want to grow and try new things, I for one am lookingforward to seeing what Zac and Vanessa and the other’s do for many year’s to come. I dare say Zac will not always do a good movie but that’s part of the industry like any job you have good and bad day’s, but I would still take a interest in what that film was.
Someof the actor’s I like now have’nt always done brilliant films but I still like to go and watch their new one’s and then decide.
I just wish Zac all the best and hope he contiunes to enjoy what he does and hopefully the press will lay off him after a few year’s of him being in the spotlight, and I hope that he and Vanessa keep their relactionship scared like it is now, it’s rare in hollywood to find a couple that don’t want or like their personal lives splashed all over the place their a great example for any other young couple’s who may be starting out in the buisness, as much as I do love seing them together I don’t blame them for wanting to keep that part and any displays of affection out of the public eye and behind closed door’s, it’s just nice seeing them at red carpet events or candid photo’s where looks speaks volvumes.
i hope too that Zac has managed to get a decent nap poor thing that must have been a killer journey for him, bet all he wanted to do was collaspe on a comfy bed and go to sleep I know I would.

I would imagaine it depends how many songs Zac is actually singing in the list thatis doing the roundson the internet he’s not singing on that many not like in HSM2 so maybe it won’t take that long for him to record his bits.
I hope the one that he is supposedly singing with Vanessa is true becuase I love the looks they give each other when they sing together it’s such a connected look, have to say one of my favourites in HSM2 was ‘You Are The Music In Me’ but done with him and Vanessa, was’nt over keen on the Sharpay version I know it was meant to be different but I think it worked so much better the other way.
I know that he wants to get a good start on his career but I think 3 films back to back was a bit of a mistake even though he’s young the body can still burn out if he was to do it regualr as he does look realy tired, hope he feels better now that he’s been in Utah for a couple of days and hopefully his body clock is getting back to normal.
I read they’re putting back production for five days to give Zac a chance to learn his dances and record. I happy to hear that because he looks as if he good do with a rest. It might just be because he just flew for six or seven hours which takes a lot out of you.
I hope Zac is getting rested. If he doesn’t get some decent rest and food in him he is running the risk of getting ill. Considering he can’t afford to get a cold with having to record and it will be long grueling hours with dance rehearsals—he needs to take care of himself right now. If nothing else, once he gets done with this film he will surely collapse if he doesn’t get some rest
As far as HSM4, I seriously doubt ANY of the 10 characters will go back since they are all suppose to graduate this year. One of the 4 supporting character’s (Ryan, Chris, KayCe, Olysea) may do it if the money was right but I don’t know if they would want to be a part of something that will most likely be kind of a rip off from the original. These 10 were at the right place at the right time and it is really hard to get that kind of chemistry again.
And as for Lucas Grabeel doing HSM4 or being a “back-up” character—I doubt he will do the 4th installment as he has been non-stop in his working since HSM3. He will even be working with Sean Penn(don’t think this movie has filmed yet) and in HSM1 the main characters were Troy(Zac), Gabriella(Vanessa), Sharpay(Ashley), AND Ryan(LUCAS). Not even Corbin or Monique were featured as much as Lucas. After all, he does has 4th billing in the movie.Furthermore, he is very underrated and he does everything extremely well. He is a very talented young man and will be around for some time as he can do so many different things. He will be a great character actor I think as he is not particularly “pigeon-holed” into a certain “type” character.

At this moment all 10 of the lead character are unlikely to return for a 4th HSM all of them had to leave straight from other projects to go film HSM3. They are all in demand. I’m sure none of them want to be the creepy older kid who hangs out at the high school although he/she has already graduated. That’s why Disney introduce new character so they can continue the franchise. The reason Rick Ross said what he did is to keep interest in HSM4 because I’m sure Disney knows its the characters that make the film.
To come back to high school would be a step back for all of the leads and one I’m sure they won’t take.
For now we should just be happy they are all in Utah safely making HSM3.

Hi Zac, Vanessa and Hsm cast fans. Been reading what you all have been writing. I am truly happy to see Zac back home with us. I missed him and missed seeing him and Nessa out and about. I will say I hope the paps gives him some privacy and not run liberties in the ground! Hope that he is getting some rest before he has to start dance rehearsals. I worry that he didn’t bite off a little to much to soon because he had the appendectomy and returned to work early and from there to MAOW out of the country. This seemed to take much longer then planned. Now he had to go straight to Utah for HSM3. I know that there is one good consolation because he stated before although a lot of work goes into this movie it is a fun movie to make. He gets to be with friends that have become more like family, Kenny, the director, who Zac says is like a big kid himself.
About Lucashe is a very talented actor. He was acting before HSM and I liked to watch him. He brings a lot to the characters he plays
and I have no doubt that he will go far in what goals he sets for himself .
As someone already said in the very first HSM the main 4 actors were Zac, Vanessa, Ashley and Lucas, actors and as the main singers and dancers. But I would have to say Olysea on the piano, with Corban and Monique as their very best friends would need to be added as a part of the main cast as well.
Really I’m one of the biggest Zac and Vanessa (Zanessa) fans, but I am going to say these kids are all talented. Just watch, I mean really watch those movies. There is a lot of hard work and a short time to do it in and yet they gave us their all and it shows!!!!!
You know, they credit, not only those behind the making of this film, but the fans that see and support them.
They are all good kids who have now grown in to wonderful young men and women. I commend and ask that god grant them the wisdom in the decisions they make as they pursue their careers.

We may not get any pictures if the HSM3 set is as protected as it seems thus far. I have come to believe that maybe the upset phone call we saw Ashley making on those first pictures we got from Utah of some of the cast may be her complaining to someone about the paps being there taking pictures of them from nearly the very first day. I think the powers that be are trying to give these kids some privacy and protection from the paps so they can work and also have fun and relax. They also know how 17 Again and Will got invaded by paps and people with cameras so they are going to take extra precautions I think with this movie in keeping prying eyes out. On the HSM2 lot there were signs posted all over about no cameras, etc, and we didn’t see anything unless interviews were granted or after the movie had been released.

I agree with what your saying I don’t think that we will get many picture’s at all from the set and to be fair it won’t be a bad thing, after al they all deserve to work in peace and not having to cope with the pap’s followering their every move, and they should be able to relax as well in piece.
And that could well be the case with Ashley when she was on the phone but most people were just quick to asume that she was having a row with her boyfriend and nobody else, but you could clearly see she was annoyed and who would’nt be when you can see the pp’s and they don’t even offer to turn their camera’s off when they have obvioulsy been spotted.
So I for one am still lookingforward to seeing HSM3 and if we get any snipet’s and picture’s from the set then all well and good, if we don’t then fair play to them and I hope that they contiune to work on the movie andenjoy spending time with their friend’s and Kenny, after all I dare say afew tear’s will get shed once they’ve finished, at least they will have the promotion work to do and for me that’ll be plenty of time to se photo’s of the cast together.
And I’m glad that Zac and Vanessa have got some quality time together away from the press and public after all they are a young couple who have been apart so good for them.

Sorry to say it but I wouldn’t be hanging onto that hope that ANY of the 10 characters will be back but much less the main 6. None of the 6 needed to do HSM3, mostly they did it out of sentimental reasons, they liked each other, felt appreciative of their fans who made their names a household name, and they wanted to give something back. But all of them have already gone on to bigger and better things. I dare say, if HSM3 hadn’t been written for the big screen and was only going to be another Disney Channel made for TV movie, none of them would have come back to do it.

Yes, I think HSM3 should be the end instead of Disney trying to milk anything more out of it—and that’s certainly what they will be doing and why they are introducing the new characters. Disney, I think is hoping some of the new characters will “catch on” and then saying they would like to get some of the old cast back only helps keep the interest alive for the new project. However, I think Disney may not be fully “rewarded” for their efforts. I think they will find much of the fanbase for the originals because this particular group just meshed so perfectly—particularly the chemistry on that screen of Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens. And I’m not trying to take anything away from the rest of the this cast because we discovered wonderful actors in people like Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, and Corbin Bleau and that is why they have gone off to many other projects.
But there are many young HSM fans who may fall in love with some of the new characters and will want to see a HSM4. Then there are always those really young kids who were not old enough to really get into the original group but will be old enough now to watch it and become interested in the new group. So Disney may yet milk some more money out of this thing known as HSM.
I know what you mean Karen the main 6 just clicked and gelled really well but there’s no escaping the fact that who and what caught the atten tion of a lot of people is he chemistry between Zac and Vanessa and the story that they portrayed as Troy and Gabriella becuase of that chemistry that shone through he screen.
To be able to find that again I think would be very hard that kind of connection with a group of people and in partciular the main two is something that does’nt come along very often, which is why I can see why they say that HSM is the new generation of ‘Grease’ which both my daughter and I love, to me the second one was crap the main two leads had no chemistry at all and becuase only one of the original pink ladies came back it jst did’nt gel together at all, lucky for Disney the HSM cast do gel but I still think that 3 should be the end of it.
Like you I like the other cast memeber’s and after Zac I think Lucas will go very far, and they will all do well, but I just don’t think the next lot of HSM wil have the same inpact as the original one’s.
I serioulsy doubt that any of the originals will want to be connectedto HSM4 and whatever come’s after 4 and Disney shold’nt really expect them to be, yes HSM has opened many door’s for themain one’s and I have no doubt that Zac,Vanessa and all the rest will always be grateful for the boost that it has given their career’s and will always have a special feeling and connection to it but they are all moving on and trying new things and going different directions, and if Disney feel that they need the originals from HSM to help boost number 4 then maybe they should’nt be doing a number 4 and should leave it at 3.

I doubt Zac’s true fans will grow tired of him just because he is not “available”. Of course, many younger fans—the 9-15 year olds may very well turn to someone like the Jonas Brothers who they see every week on magazines like Tiger Beat or PopStar. However, those fans who are 21 or older will most likely stick with Zac because they know he is talented and is a rising star who many people other than HSM fans will soon know about. He can’t stay a teenager forever, nor is he one any longer. Many of the fans he got through doing HSM are also a little older now too. So, since he is moving away from the above mentioned magazines—which he needs to do as he moves on to make movies with big studios, older themed subjects in movies, seasoned producers and directors, etc—I’m sure the younger fan base might “forget” him or move to the younger stars that are coming out now. However, Zac is not likely to be forgotten and he most likely will gain a lot more fans who are older once 17 Again and MAOW come out in the theaters. Then we always have HSM3 to look forward to which will also reignite the flames of the youngsters.

Okay, let’s use some logic here, since Disney isn’t by saying they HOPE some of the original cast will be in HSM4. How do they plan to do that? Have someone fail to graduate?
Anyone who saw /heard Vanessa’s interview from the set of Will knows that the six main characters (Zac, Vanessa, Ashley, Lucas, Corbin and Monique) will be DONE after HSM3. Yes, DONE. However, Vanessa said the “franchise” will continue with new characters.

the only cast members i really want back for hsm4 is all of them expect vanessa. grr how much i hate her! Zac and Ashley to come back! even though they will move on and as Zac said for hsm3 they will only do it if they all agree on the scrip so i doubt some will come back and some move on somehow. Were all in this together.

From the one interview that as emerged from the one who plays Jason the cast are having a geat time in the hotel having spas and massages after their dance workouts becuase of how much harder they are in this 3rd movie, so I bet Zac looks a lot more refreshed and relaxed now and being back with Vanessa has no doubt put a smile on his face as well as working with all the other regulars from HSM.
I hope that they put Jason with Kelsi as apparently he said that he gets a girlfriend in this one and I always liked those two together since the first HSM after Zac and Vanessa
