High School Musical 4 !? WTF…And I thought that HSM3 would be the last of them….guess not….

Im so not watching HSM4 if none of the beloved cast returns.
What would High School Musical be if Zac, Vanessa, Ashley and the rest of the cast weren’t in it ? INSANITY.

Vanessa stated in her last interview, while she was filming Will, that HSM3 is her final one, and she is not coming back for the 4th, 5th, etc. Vanessa was never part of Disney kids prior to HSM1. Vanessa was in the movie “Thirteen” and “Thunderbird” before HSM1. I am sure she wants to move on and do more than High School characters. Her life with Disney is pretty much over.

Ashley Tisdale & Lucas are likely to return to do more HSM, because Ashley is still part of Suite Life of Zac & Cody & the voice of Phinis & Phers (not sure of the spelling). Lucas is part of the Halloween Town. So those two are your original Disney darlings.

I don’t even think Zac was part of Disney prior to HSM1. Both Vanessa and Zac have gotten their recognization doing HSM1 and very appreciated of that. However, I think these two are ready to do more grown up movies. Vanessa probably wants to appeal to the older audiences than the 9 years old kids thru the sweet 16 group. I sure she wants more of the mature audiences group that really knows how to appreciate the arts of acting and performance.

Oh My Gosh!!! Zac is back!!! he looks tired and worn-out… but anyway… he’ll be back in the arms of his true love.. Vanessa Hudgens!!!! ZANESSA ROCKS!!!

I think that all of the HSM cast will always have a special plac for HSM in their heart’s after all it put them in the spotlight.

But for all of them to do a 4th one I think would be to much, you can hold something special to your heart but you also need to know when to move on to new things, but that does’nt mean that you don’t appreciate what something has done for you.

They will always be associated with HSM and that’s good but that does’nt mean that the original 6 should keep coming back just to please Disney bosses, like many other’s I agree that’s why they have brought the new people in this movie for them to carry it on, not sure how good of a move that is mind, as the kids who got into HSM in the first place are like the cast all growing up and new people are getting their attention so Ithink that they should have just concentrated on the people that got our attention in the first place and not brought anyone new in, as they are also always going to be com pared to the original cast which could turn out to be a dsadvantage for them.

Just my thought’s and I hope that Zac get’s over his jetlag soon and enjoys his time in Utah with his friends and regular rountine for a while.

I have to sa that both me and my daughter are’nt sad that we won’t be seing Zac or the other’s in HSM after 3 as the videos will always be avallable to watch and my daughter already has one and two nd will no doubt want three went it come’s out, and to me I’d rather watch them enjoy themselves in 3 good one’s that they wanted to do, then watch them put in a half hearted performance they were doing just to keep disney happy when they really wanted to do something else which at the end of the day is only being human and wanting to try new things an expand their acting in new and different role’s, but that does’nt mean that any of them are’nt grateful for what HSM has done for them.

And if your a true fan then you have to except that what got you interested in that person and the role they did that first caught your eye can’t always play that role and will want to grow and try new things, I for one am lookingforward to seeing what Zac and Vanessa and the other’s do for many year’s to come. I dare say Zac will not always do a good movie but that’s part of the industry like any job you have good and bad day’s, but I would still take a interest in what that film was.

Someof the actor’s I like now have’nt always done brilliant films but I still like to go and watch their new one’s and then decide.

I just wish Zac all the best and hope he contiunes to enjoy what he does and hopefully the press will lay off him after a few year’s of him being in the spotlight, and I hope that he and Vanessa keep their relactionship scared like it is now, it’s rare in hollywood to find a couple that don’t want or like their personal lives splashed all over the place their a great example for any other young couple’s who may be starting out in the buisness, as much as I do love seing them together I don’t blame them for wanting to keep that part and any displays of affection out of the public eye and behind closed door’s, it’s just nice seeing them at red carpet events or candid photo’s where looks speaks volvumes.

i hope too that Zac has managed to get a decent nap poor thing that must have been a killer journey for him, bet all he wanted to do was collaspe on a comfy bed and go to sleep I know I would.

Lookingforward to seeing HSM3 in the theatre’s and another girls night for me and my daughter.

he must have been very drained and tired…hope he gets some rest first and gets refreshed before starting with his next grind….

did he record the songs with them or not? Cause i think he was away filming … or not?

I would imagaine it depends how many songs Zac is actually singing in the list thatis doing the roundson the internet he’s not singing on that many not like in HSM2 so maybe it won’t take that long for him to record his bits.

I hope the one that he is supposedly singing with Vanessa is true becuase I love the looks they give each other when they sing together it’s such a connected look, have to say one of my favourites in HSM2 was ‘You Are The Music In Me’ but done with him and Vanessa, was’nt over keen on the Sharpay version I know it was meant to be different but I think it worked so much better the other way.

I know that he wants to get a good start on his career but I think 3 films back to back was a bit of a mistake even though he’s young the body can still burn out if he was to do it regualr as he does look realy tired, hope he feels better now that he’s been in Utah for a couple of days and hopefully his body clock is getting back to normal.

I hope Zac is getting rested. If he doesn’t get some decent rest and food in him he is running the risk of getting ill. Considering he can’t afford to get a cold with having to record and it will be long grueling hours with dance rehearsals—he needs to take care of himself right now. If nothing else, once he gets done with this film he will surely collapse if he doesn’t get some rest

As far as HSM4, I seriously doubt ANY of the 10 characters will go back since they are all suppose to graduate this year. One of the 4 supporting character’s (Ryan, Chris, KayCe, Olysea) may do it if the money was right but I don’t know if they would want to be a part of something that will most likely be kind of a rip off from the original. These 10 were at the right place at the right time and it is really hard to get that kind of chemistry again.

And as for Lucas Grabeel doing HSM4 or being a “back-up” character—I doubt he will do the 4th installment as he has been non-stop in his working since HSM3. He will even be working with Sean Penn(don’t think this movie has filmed yet) and in HSM1 the main characters were Troy(Zac), Gabriella(Vanessa), Sharpay(Ashley), AND Ryan(LUCAS). Not even Corbin or Monique were featured as much as Lucas. After all, he does has 4th billing in the movie.Furthermore, he is very underrated and he does everything extremely well. He is a very talented young man and will be around for some time as he can do so many different things. He will be a great character actor I think as he is not particularly “pigeon-holed” into a certain “type” character.
