Zac Efron Jets to High School Musical 3
Zac Efron catches a connecting flight at JFK Airport in New York City on Sunday before jetting off to Salt Lake City to film High School Musical 3!
The 20-year-old actor arrived from London after wrapping up filming Me and Orson Welles in Douglas, Isle of Man (the center of the British Isles).
Disney recently announced that High School Musical 4 is already in the works!
“We are writing High School Musical 4“, said Disney Channel president Rich Ross. “Are we going to have all the cast back? Probably not. Will we have some of them? I hope so.”
WHO DO YOU THINK will return for HSM 4?

i’m so glad he’s back, but he looks sooo tired. poor guy is not gonna get any rest. he has to catch up with the dancing!
as for the time he may have landed in SLC you just have to look on the internet to figure out the arrival times for flight from NYC on Delta tonight.

Have you guys ever noticed that Zac doesn’t wear a watch?
Isn’t it aggravating that none of these fotos shows his right ring finger?
Anyway, the flights from JFK to SLC arrive at 7:00, 8:25 and 11:15 this evening, MOUNTAIN time (1 hour ahead of Pacific time). I hope the NYC papz alerted their Utah pap friends to this, so we can see The Hotness again tomorrow!
It’s so good to see him again but it has been an ABSOLUTE BLESSING for him to be out from under the paparazzi glare for about two months!
zac looks very tired but im really happy to see him back home and i hope he gets some well needed rest. zac still looks good as always.

as far as i can tell .. zac has not worn his ring since the appendix incident … so don’t fret! he and vanessa were together a bunch of times after the appendix .. who knows. maybe he lost it? or just it wasn’t fitting when he lost the weight. not sure.

he’s really got his work cut out for him….lots of dance moves to learn and I imagine he’ll need to record his songs pretty quick.
Hey,Narf. There is some debate here. Is Zac staying on in New York to finish off his movie or has he headed straight for Utah to join his HSM castmates? Anybody, clear on this?
I doubt he took his ring to London for fear of losing it, plus why would he wear it when he is filming???
He wouldn’t..And he probably isn’t gonna wear it while filming HSM3.
i live here in utah and yes we are about 2 hours behind the east coast..nyc and etc..and 1 hour ahead of LA time..i hope i get to see Zac!! hmm must get down the east high soon!! lol boy does he looks tired! aww hope he and v get some alone time tonight!
yes, he connected in NYC between his flight from Heathrow to NYC and his flight from NYC to SLC. He would not use Delta to fly from JFK to LAX.
as for the ring- Vaness did not wear her’s a lot while filming Will but did have it on several times when photographed not filming - she had it on on her “free day” in New York - but not on the filming day and she also had it on the day she and Ashley left LA for SLC. And you won’t see it on either one of them while they are filming HSM3. I also find that women tend to remember to wear their rings more than their men….while I wear my wedding ring constantly .. my husband rarely wears his…..not that he does not love me or anything - we have been married 24 years….it’s just hard to wear it to work and playing sports, etc.
Kristen you are a lucky girl, Utah is an incredible state. i was just vacationing there, but near Bryce Canyon, not near SLC. Just love it there, it has to be one of our most beautiful states!

On a different note, yes, the poor boy looks like a week’s worth of sleep wouldn’t kill him. And that boy rocks the plaid like a mo fo. *sighs and stares*
HSM 4 = a big laugh. Disney has NEVER been good at knowing when to stop milking a movie so really this is no big surprise.
dalia, remember he has not been seen wearing his ring for a very long time now even before he went to London. So the absence of the ring is not going to tell us anything about their relationship. I hope this missing ring nonsense is not going to start up.
Besides, he’s probably lost it .
I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get into Hsm 4 as much if the cast is different. After all, the cast is what made the movie… But Good Luck anyway Disney :)
