Gwyneth Paltrow & Madonna: Exercise For Two

Kabbalah queen Madonna and Kabbalah dabbler Gwyneth Paltrow get in some mental and physical exercises at Madonna’s personal gym next to her London home on Monday. (Shouldn’t she have a private entrance going from her home to her gym?)

The beautiful blondes were accompanied by their personal trainer, Tracy Anderson, and a bodyguard.

Per usual, Gwynnie kept her head down, avoiding eye contact with photographers.

They all just came from working out. What do you expect, red carpet couture with perfect hair and make-up? Besides, Gwyneth has never looked like a man a day in her life. What kind of women do you people spend your time around every day?

I’d have my head down too if someone was trying to take my picture after I came out of the gym. Who wants to have their photo taken when they’re sweaty? Gwyneth is in such great shape. Her legs are Amazing.

Gwen needs to chill. She makes it so hard for herself. Just walk up straight. I mean damn you’re wearing shades. Why does she need to bow her head down? It’s just silly. Both have a project to promote. Madonna with her album and Gwen with her film. This is what you call free publicity. Now if it were her kids and she was hiding them then yeah I’m ok with it. But when she pulls the ” you don’t see me bc my head is down” or her hands are on her face, it draws attention to her and she looks foolish. Looks like more work than it’s worth.

Madge can’t have a private entrance from her home to the gym due to legalities. She wasn’t granted permits to do so, although she tried.
