What have happend to her she looks so different.
Her face looks so skinny! What have she done to herself!? Have she starved herself or something?? She looked so perfect before, in this picture she doesnt look as good as she used to! Her face was more rounded( i don’t know if you say so but i do :D ) before now her face is more rectangular or something like that I hope you know what i mean :)
And her new song is not that good to dance to! But its kinda good to listen to when you are doing your make up in the mornings ;)

I agree with many of you who don’t get the “innuendo’ thing. I thing some people got together and couldn’t accept it for just a dance song with a good beat and decided to make it sound rather “dirty” so there would be those wo would start going “Yea, that’s really cool—I get it now” and thought it would make the song more popular—you know, dirt sells. I don’t think it is an intelligent way to help sell this CD.

Vanessa is a beautiful young woman and she doesn’t need to be SO airbrushed—-and certainly EVERY artist whether it be singer or actor gets pictures like these airbrushed. 99% of pictures you see in magazines and on jackets of CD’s are airbrushed and whatever else. Faith Hill and Jamie Lee Curtis have openly talked about this very thing. Why should Vanessa get so much heat for it? But I think what they did to try to make her “flawless” did just the opposite. Her face is not that long and narrow—not even in pictures where she is not smiling. She is beautiful here BUT would have been far more so if they had let her be more natural. On her first CD she is gorgeous and looks grown up—-and sexy if that’s what her people are going for—but she looks like Vanessa.

And yes, some of the same people who post stupid comments here go on every popular star’s threads and says the say thing. Someone was saying about George Clooney a few weeks ago “gay, gay, gay”. They are not any smarter on those thread than the are on Zac or Vanessa threads—their brain power and vocabulary still leave a lot to be desired.

I agree with the rest of you….too much airbrushing/photoshopping.

I also agree with those of you who say that they touch up photos for all celebs. The difference here with Vanessa: We are so used to seeing unretouched paparazzi photos of her that show her in her natural state, so when a CD cover like this comes along…..WOW….way too obvious that it has been changed. And for what reason? This girl is gorgeous as she is. I wonder why she or her “people” didn’t have more creative control over this? She should have shot it down…had them leave it more natural. V’s a smart girl, she knows that her fans know her so well and would be distracted by the changes to her face.

Why couldn’t they just let her face be? She is so naturally pretty its insane. Its just too much i think. Others may need the airbrushing but really Vanessa doesn’t.

When have we became so fake? Uh i don’t know but i agree with those that say the song really is about dancing. Nothing else… hidden. And i agree with Karen. They’re just saying that thinking it’ll make teens want to buy it even more. Like ‘Touch my Body’. They ‘ll probably think it’s cool how they got what it “really” meant.

for whoever is denying the innudendos and such that are in V’s sneakernight song, I think you are just in denial. The innuendos are very obviously there, and blender magazine even pointed out that there were inneundos. See the song as you want but you just seem naive. with all that aside, i think the song is a fun upbeat song and shows off a completely different range of her voice.

also, some of you may misconstrue my comment up there ^^ as saying i dont like vanessa, however I am a very big fan of vanessa and I look forward to her growing up and getting away from this “gabriella” character that everyone expects her to be exactly like. i do realize she is a 19 year old and shes not going to be the innocent 16 year old type character that I think half of you expect her to always be like. you can just tell that v has this fire in her eyes and she wants to break free of this “good girl” role. And no, I dont think v will be doing any “girls gone wild” things anytime soon..

as far as the “airbrushing” of this picture, I think she still looks beautiful but I think less is more and they should have let her natural beauty shine through a little more.
