Orlando Bloom and Chow Yun Fat Team Up
Orlando Bloom and action star Chow Yun Fat are reportedly teaming up with Liam Neeson on a heist-themed film called The Red Circle according to the Chinese news site, Apple Daily.
The film will be a remake of the 1970 French film of the same name where the trio hits up jewelry stores and casinos.
All three actors are reportedly all signed up with the female lead still up in the air. Shooting is tentatively scheduled for June in both Macau and Hong Kong.

Chow Yun Fat is the most extraordinary presence on the screen. He carries his masculinity and tenderness with grace. Orlando is looking more and more weak. He needs to get his life together and stop the stupidity.

Agreed w/ #28…I think the reason why critics also beat down on Bloom is because {and of course we ALL know…} nearly every single movie he’s done requires a horse, a sword, and no sign of electronics-cars-modernity anywhere! I’m starting to understand it myself why the fangirls have this set fantasy of him; its the romantic swashbuckling hero with dark eyes…but cmon, LOTR?POTC? Troy? Kingdom of Heaven? Its no wonder critics dont take him seriously : he requires a sword, his voice has no range or emotion and he’s always a sidekick!
Talk about being molded. I dont mind the Summer blockbusters, but could we get a little more variety out of him? Maybe a thriller ? I agree with #31. I know that I am not the only person who is tired of seeing him either with a sword, or he’s on a horse. It’s like his agent is standing by and letting this mans acting career go to waste.. Now don’t get me wrong, i am a HUGE orli fan, But I widh they would put him in something else… I can’t wait to see this movie because maybe, just maybe, us fans can see him REALLY ACT!! You never know, if this movie works out, they might just do something like put him in a horror flick. Like I wouldn’t care if they put his **** in something like SAW V. I think as it is a short scene, filming isn’t supposed to take that long for the New York, I Love You thing. Then based on the fact that TRC doesn’t start until June, his time seems to be pretty freed up. Like I said, I hope I’m wrong. The Australian PR machine will go into overdrive if he does show up.

The lesson we’ve all learned when we were younger is that if we give someone we dont like the satisfaction of talking about them or worrying about them, then they win. Basically its like the people we dont like feed off of what we say about them, and it’ll never go away; it’ll never end.
Now everyone is entitled to their opinion about Kerr and Bloom together, and I enjoy reading about it too, so more power to everyone here :-) However the interesting thing to me since we’ve all heard about this relationship coming into light, is that hardly anyone is thrilled about it. It’s all mostly negetive things, and now I can kinda see the points people make about it. They have the same appeal {as I’ve said before} like Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt : their relationship isnt relevant, not imporant, and people could care less.
Its like you can tell which Hollywood couples are truly in it for the long run and which are just splattered all over magazines for the popularity to stay relevant in the business.
Wow. Whats funny to me is that although I’m a fan of Bloom, I guess I was kinda blindfolded on his acting abilities and how he’s being molded. Now I’ve never been one of those fangirls who take their obsession to the next level {I’ll never understand those Legolas/Aragorn stories and why they’re being made…} but I can see his roles pretty much all go into the same pattern, and there’s no variety. He’s a nice man to look at, no doubt, but if he doesn’t stretch his range in acting sooner or later, then he can pretty much confirm his appearance at comic conventions as the “actor known as Legolas/Will Turner”.
Now if anyone objects to my choice in actors now, then everyones entitled to their opinions, but I prefer Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Jonathan Tucker. Sure they’re attractive, but atleast they’ve had different roles and stepped out a bit…and all this before the age of 30.

They have done some major air brushing to her. It’s one of the first times I have seen her highlighted by VS. I still think she won’t last there long. in her case I think it is one that makes her boobs bigger, but in VS case it is one incrusted with diamonds and stuff and it is supposed to be worth alot of money, It has some sort of cachet for the angel who gets it. I’d heard talk of them not using her much and I thought maybe it was people being jealous, but then I walked into a VS (I’m not from the US) in NY last weekend and I didn’t see her anywhere, not even the Pink section which supposedly what she models for them. Anybody seriously think VS gives a **** if she’s dating Orlando Bloom? It may have raised her profile a bit initially but it seems they are quickly realizing even his name doesn’t sell.
She’s on the home page of VS at the moment though and is doing some new bra launch this week - a “solo” launch, which is apparently a big deal in the world of VS.

No, it’s a launch of a new line of bras. And a solo launch IS a big deal with that company. She isn’t only on the VS home page, her solo commercial for the line was also shown during American Idol tonight. Commercial slots during AI are very expensive, so VS must be setting her up to be the next big angel.
Keep telling yourselves that her star isn’t rising. It won’t make it true. And her relationship with Orlando is a really good set up to get her that million dollar bra. I would bet money on it.

Does anyone remember how briefly Orlando was connected to Naomie Harris (Tia Dalma)? I thought ooh they’d be good together and then suddenly he’s with the panty model and I always wondered IF they did in fact have a date why didn’t it work out. You know I was pondering the other night after reading comments and such; people disliked KB because they said it was PR/their whole relationship was a series of set ups and such. Okay so then he gets with Ms. Panties and for all intents and purposes their photos ARE set ups for whatever reason, and some people are okay with it cause he looks happy. She is finally getting her name out and that’s what she wanted . Ibelieve in a matter of weeks we’ll hear how they’ve went there separate ways and remain friends. After all this is said and done he needs to take a year off from dating and the eff buddies and surruond himself with friends and family that love him also he needs to get around wise people. Iron sharpens iron so if you are around wise people you become wise,if you are around fools you become a fool. So I pray for wisdom for him that he knows how to make better choices in life and that he seeks wise councel.
I can honestly say I don’t think they will break up anytime soon. I believe they will be together for some time because if they have been dating for almost a year now it seems they are quite fine with this relationship.
Also of course I do think that lots of their actions is PR but if she wanted more attantion wouldn’t she visit him on set? If she didn’t it probably means that they are really together and enjoy it. Instead of JUST a sighting of having yoga together they would be seen on set.
So I think it’s not the end of their relationship and additionally Orlando has been single for quite a long time after breakup with Kate and I don’t think anyone wants to be single for a long time.

You may be right but if they have been dating for almost a year as you suggested that means at least part of that time she wasn’t dating only him. He has also displayed signs that he wasn’t dating only her even recently-about 10days ago! I just don’t get the feeling whatever it is that it is a serious thing. The pr part might be the part that is to give an impression to the public but we all know that is meant to deceive.

I’m sorry to say that ever since he has been with this female, he has looked a hot mess!! There is no reason for him to go out in public looking like a younger doped up mister rogers(referring to the pic last month of him going to dinner with friends.) He really has let himself go. Either that or he’s dumbing himself down to keep her and to be honest it totally isn’t worth it. When the rumors of him and Jen came out I was praying that they were true, at least then he wouldn’t go around looking like an idiot and, she is a very classy and intelligent woman so he definately wouldn’t have to dumb himself down just to be appreciated.. If you ask me, she needs to stick to high school jocks and leave the big boys alone.
