Orlando Bloom: Pigeon, I Love You

Orlando Bloom is surprised by an unscripted pigeon in New York City, on the set of his latest film, New York, I Love You.

Orlando’s scene was interrupted by the pigeon, which appeared to startle him.

After looking to check the bird had left the area, Orlando regained his composure and was able to continue shooting his scene.

Orlando, 31, also recently shot scenes with Christina Ricci.

I don’t know him, but I know myself, and I have the tendency to adapt different styles and attitudes depending who I’m spending time with. Heck, I even catch myself using catchphrases of my friends and even my accent gets similar to those I often chat with!
BTW when everyone said “why is he in LA when he always said he loved London more”, one of my ideas was that he is working on an American accent. After all, that’s one of the things he was criticised (is that the correct spelling?) for in Elizabethtown.

@Jaded/39; lol I’m for that but like others said temptation isn’t easy to sway. Especially when you’re harmlessly watching Men In Trees and suddenly she pops on up a commercial.

@65; I know what you mean. I too wonder which is him and which is the PR machine molding him into who people want him to be. FWIW I hope it’s the goofy/charming guy who we first met during LOTR; that’s what made me a fan in the first place.

Can I just say I love that the pigeon got his own photo haha.
