OlderAshley Tisdale is a Teen Witch
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Ashley Tisdale is in negotiations to star in a remake of the 1989 movie Teen Witch, for United Artists.
Ashley is also looking into a one-year production deal with FremantleMedia North America, the company behind American Idol, America’s Got Talent, and the Price is Right. Ashley may also executive produce an untitled mall-set show based on her previous experiences working in a mall.
Ashley would play Louise Miller in Teen Witch, a movie about an unpopular girl who discovers that she’s a descendant of witches - and possesses powers. A new script will be written for the remake.
The third installment of Disney’s moneymaking High School Musical is in preproduction, which Ashley will soon be working on, and is currently working on her second album.

Just dropped in to read a some while I have a little chance. I saw the original Teen Witch and I loved it. Robyn Lively was so good playing that role.
I think that Ashley will be able to do a very good job as well. Don’t sell her short. If you asked Robyn, I’ll bet she would encourage her to do it.
About Ashley’s nose, she had surgery because of medical reasons. As for the cosmetic part that had to be done is none of anyones business. I don’t see why you people keep complaining about her nose. Her nose is really pretty for her face and she is a nice looking young lady.
I have a daughter and son plus 2 grand-daughters 14yrs and 15yrs old and a grandson about to turn 6yrs old. Yes I am a 56yr old Grandma and very proud of it.
I started watching HSM1 & 2 with them and I was hooked. I have those movies along with the cd collector’s addition and Hairspray. Can’t wait for the other movies of all these talented young men and ladies to come out as well as their albums.
So don’t put down Ashley or any of these actors it could have been one of yours that someone was using harsh words about!!!!!!!

now this is really starting to aggravate me!! you’re telling V fans to stop bashing Ashley, while you’re writing even worse things about Vanessa! Really pathetic, you know that? Vanessa Hudgens is gorgeus & multi-talented, while the only thing semi-pretty about Ashley is her hair, & the only thing she really is talented at is acting. I’m sorry, but if Ashley continues at this rate, she will never make it to be a BIG Hollywood star. I’m not a fortune teller, but the reason she’s doing so much movies is so that she gets more noticed. And now that HSM opened so many doors, she’s using that to her advantage. You guys keep saying how Ashley’s so much better than Vanessa ‘cuz she has more movies right now. Well, maybe Vanessa doesn’t need to be on the big screen to get noticed. Vanessa is already very popular & has MANY, many fans, unlike Ashley. Just go to a Vanessa thread! In less than 5 minutes, she’s already got btw. 70-100 posts. while it takes ashley 2 to 3 days just to get 70. the greatest amout of posts I seen Ashley get is in the 160s, while Vanessa reached a record of almost 700 in a very short amount of time. And about the movies, they originally offered the role of Donna in Prom Night to Vanessa, but she turned it down to focus on her music. That takes some guts. Prom Night is like the biggest movie right now, & about everyone I know saw it. Apparently, Vanessa is very popular to have been offered a huge role like that. And Vanessa would probably have loved that role, since she never went to prom & loves horror movies. Ashley, on the other hand is being offered kiddy roles, that don’t look very good. The movies have to suck if they can get anyone more talented or more famous than Ashley. If you ask me, Vanessa’s true passion & true talent is in singing, even if she doesn’t say so. She made it apparent by turning down a huge role to focus on her music, & all the movies she’s doing right now are musicals. She also never does anything out of her element, she goes for mainly calm roles. With her music, on the other hand, she does go out of her element, which she proved with Sneakernight. So you really need to stop comparing Vanessa & Ashley with the movies they’re doing. It’s not like they called up Ashley & asked her if she could do the roles, she auditioned like everyone else. The last audition Vanessa had was for Will, she’s not seeking fame. She’s doing what she loves to do, she’s doing what she does because she’s truly passiontate about it, which she made obvious. Most of Ashley’s fans are kids & pre-teens, & don’t know real talent or true beauty. The only reason kids like her, is because of her hair & her character in the HSM movies. She’s just as fake as her hair, nose, face. The few older fans who claim Ashley to be so great, use these things aswell to describe her “greatness.” So Ashley fans, start thinking about valid things that make Ashley so “awsome,” or SO much better than Vanessa, then get back to me. Also for those of you who have been saying Vanessa is SO ugly, or Ashley is SO much prettier, find reasons why. Maybe if Ashley was as natural as Vanessa, you would see her true colors. Then it will be us who are laughing, & watching Ashley (the paris hilton wannabe) eat her dust.

everything you wrote about vanessa was biased off of like THREE things! ONE picture, ONE interview, & ONE mistake. i never even brought the nose job up, that’s not what i meant by unnatural. her hair is unnatural, most of it is not even hers! don’t even bring up how they made her dye it for TSL! if she wanted to change it, she would have. she ALWAYS wears fake eyelashes; Ashley - it’s called mascara! And Ashley did A LOT of promoting for her first album AND a tour; she knew she was gonna need it. Vanessa did basically no promoting and no tour, but her album went gold anyway. FYI, Vanessa was famous way before the nude photos or before it was confirmed she & her “hot boyfriend” were really dating. Ashley was known way before HSM, but she was never as famous. Vanessa wasn’t famous before HSM, & now has MANY fans, while ashley’s left eating her dust. Thanks for helping her!! thank you for apologizing, & for “kinda” agreeing. most pre-teens are afraid to admitt they’re wrong, so you’re rising above that level.
FYI, i’m only 14. not an adult, if you were assuming that. i remember how i was when i was a pre-teen, so i know where you’re coming from. for instance, my eight year old cousin thinks ashley’s pretty because of her “blonde’ hair, thinks she sings good because of her fast songs in HSM & HSM 2, & thinks her & zac look cuter together, because vanessa’s & zac’s hair don’t match. so that is what i mean by pre-teens & kids beig naive. but, i WAS technically a pre-teen when HSM came out. i went through a point where i semi-liked ashley, but i always loved vanessa. so it really is more of a matter of opinion, than age.
yes, it is very frustrating when someone bashes your fave celebrity.
that’s how i felt when some of you were bashing vanessa. 
i have reasons to dis-like ashley, but i don’t usually like posting them here, because this whole rivalry starts, & both people end up getting hurt at the end. i only bash ashley when a lot of people start bashing vanessa or comparing them, so i do the same thing to get even, which really is immature. so that’s bad on my part… i just wish people could over-look vanessa’s “scandal,” & praise her for her honesty & maturity. that, for me, is an excellent role-model. she proved to everyone that she isn’t perfect & that she even makes mistakes. but most importantly she showed us the right & mature way to deal with embarrising situations like this. people should really bash her ex, a.k.a creep, for putting the pics online, which was taking advantage of her in the worst way. she probably really loved the guy, creep, & that is how he re-payed her. vanessa has to deal with all these harsh treatments & rumors, when she isn’t doing anything wrong & working really, REALLY hard. she’s setting good examples for girls, but she gets bashed anyway. think about it… if this is this frustrating to me, imagine how it is to vanessa!

We have no reason to dis-like ashley? Try reasonS. 1.) She’s a HORRIBLE singer! Her songs can’t get any more synchronized! They even have to do stuff to make her sound “good” live. I can’t even recall the last time she sang live, she always does playback. That is not a real singer. 2.) She’s SO fake it’s not even funny! Everything about her body is fake or ugly, & little kids still call her “pretty.” 3.) She acts pretty much snobby. She doesn’t talk snobby on television or interviews, but she acts like a paris hilton wannabe. she even has a $78 paris hilton hoodie! why would any non-snob want a hoodie with “Paris” all over it. If I wore anything like that, my friends would tackle me! She gets nose jobs & blames it on “health,” when we all know that isn’t the reason. She wears TOO much make-up! She almost looks trampy!
