Gossip Girl Streams are Just Dreams
The CW announced on Thursday that the rest of this season’s episodes of Gossip Girl would not be made available online for streaming.
While Gossip Girl has been massively popular online at CWTV.com, the decision was made to broadcast the new episodes only on TV and for sale on iTunes.
“Gossip Girl is an extremely important show for The CW and we feel it can be a signature breakout for its return,” says Paul McGuire, a CW spokesman.
“This is an experiment to see if this moves the [Nielsen ratings] needle at all.”

Hopefully the episodes will be available somewhere on the internet as we don’t have GG in France =(
what! i dont get it, i really want to watch it, but every time i have gone to the site, it says: were sorry, gossip girl is currently available only in the US. or something like that. so how do you in asia and france watch it if you dont watch it on tv?

People will be able to watch it on youtube it depends on how many people are willing to record them and upload them online.
I will defenately watch it on TV and buy them on iTunes!

Since it comes on in the middle of dinner I will probably be going to iTunes for it….. only 5 episodes are left anyway.. :) so it’s OK!

I would watch it if I were able to be home at that time. I could be home, but I would have to fail a class and I am not in a position to do it. Although it doesn’t often take them long to end up on Youtube so I can just watch them there.

and as much as i love and live for this show/lifestyle??, some of the actors on the show look a little too old to be in high school…dont u think? but thats whut makes it even better! that they all look so mature and even act like it….well some of them atleast

no. this is the dumbest move they could have made. what about people who have to work later and the only way they can watch it is the next day…online? i dont want to have to pay for something that i should be able to watch for free. pretty much it sucks that i wont be able to watch it anymore. TT

No, because I watched it on line because it airs at a horribly inconvient time for me. Every TV show I watch is viewed online. If they don’t put them up, I just won’t watch. Their loss.
