Gossip Girl Streams are Just Dreams

The CW announced on Thursday that the rest of this season’s episodes of Gossip Girl would not be made available online for streaming.

While Gossip Girl has been massively popular online at CWTV.com, the decision was made to broadcast the new episodes only on TV and for sale on iTunes.

“Gossip Girl is an extremely important show for The CW and we feel it can be a signature breakout for its return,” says Paul McGuire, a CW spokesman.

“This is an experiment to see if this moves the [Nielsen ratings] needle at all.”

If they don’t do this it is very possible the show could be cancelled all together. So just suck it up. I for one don’t want the show to end and can pay $1.99 to keep it alive.

i live in asia so i can’t watch the latest gossip girl episodes on tv. that’s why i watch online. waiting for it to show on tv is crap, it’s gonna take months!!!!
