Britney Returns to ‘How I Met Your Mother’

Britney Spears is returning to How I Met Your Mother, reports People.

“The show is ecstatic and so is Britney,” a source said. “She had so much fun the first time around she really wanted to come back. It was a mutual decision to work together more.”

Brit, 24, will reprise her role as a Abby, a secretary at a dermatologist’s office. In the March 24 episode, she fell for the show’s main character, Ted (Josh Radnor, pictured).

HIMYM costar Neil Patrick Harris has said, “Britney did a great job on the show. She really did. In fact, we are all hoping that she returns rather soon to reprise her role as Abby.”

Neil said he didn’t want her back!! What’s that about?
Her character was funny and she may have done a good job. But really this girl has some issues, and we really shouldn’t be suopporting this women who can’t even put her own kids before herself. Is she even allowed supervised visits yet?

I agree with what Neil Patrick Harris said, he doesn’t want the show to be popular because of Britney and it shouldn’t be. The producers just want the ratings, it seems.

These shows will do anything for ratings. And the job hasn’t done anything for her really, she still looks and acts like a derailed train in paparazzi pictures after her guest starring role.

First, Brit Brit isn’t 24. Second, NPH didn’t want her back. So anything he says that’s nice about this latest casting clearly was forced so he doesn’t have to give up the dollar bills lol. That’s Hollywood.

Britney didn’t help ratings that much the first time, just 1 million more viewers than usual. I doubt that a 2nd episode will help ratings because there won’t be the same curiosity factor that helped the first time around.

Britney’s performence was decent on the show. She did put the show on the map. Neil Patrick Harris should shut his trap because if it wasn’t for the ratings boost she gave the to the show, it would probably have been cancelled this season. He isn’t exatcly and Oscar worthy actor himself.
