Leighton Meester looks radiant in YSL at the opening night for The Metropolitan Opera at Lincoln Center in New York City on Monday.
Gossip Girl came back with a vengeance on tonight’s long-awaited new episode as Leighton’s character Blair Waldorf took on the world.

I am a fan of all things Nate and Blair. I loved the show tonite. I’m not a fan of Jenny’s. But that last dig at Blair was…perfect! Blair shouldn’t have told Jen about her life long dream of wanting to marry Nate. I can’t wait until Blair gets her back and gets her good.

Pretty girl, and she looks very age-appropriate, without looking trashy, but I hate these shows that make young teens think that romance is just how many guys you can romp in the sack with, and who can stab more people in the back. Teens think that’s real life, and it’s time we start teaching them this show and that behavior ISN”T the norm.
Why does GG get so much press ? It only pulls 2m viewers. Small fry. Hype over substance.

I lovedd last nights episode of “gossip girl.” I hope that Jenny knows what she’s getting into with Blair. And I hate Jennys new “friends” they are even worse than Blair and Jenny combined. Can’t wait till next week’s episode where Serena meets that girl from her past (Georgina). She better not cause problems between Serena and Dan! =(

Wow - tough color to pull off and a sophisticated dress, too - I don’t watch the show, but this actress looks fabulous. Seriously - it is totally refreshing to see someone take a little fashion risk without the risque.
