OlderMiley Cyrus Signs Seven-Figure Book Deal
Miley Cyrus has signed a seven-figure deal with Disney Book Group to write a book about her early life in Tennessee, her move to Los Angeles and the solid relationship she has with her parents (especially with her momager, Tish).
“I am so excited to let fans in on how important my relationship with my family is to me,” says Miley, 15. “I hope to motivate mothers and daughters to build lifetimes of memories together, and inspire kids around the world to live their dreams.”
Says Jeanne Mosure, global publisher of Disney Book Group, “Miley is a genuine international sensation and we are delighted to deliver her first book to families around the world. She is a terrific role model, and we are incredibly proud to give kids everywhere the opportunity to connect with her in an entirely new way. It’s rare that you hear from someone her age that they want to talk about their family. How she sees her family in light of everything that she’s exposed to on a daily basis is pretty incredible.”
The Miley Cyrus book hits stores in spring 2009, when the Hannah Montana movie is also scheduled for release.

i seem to remember britney spears coming out with some of these same sorts of books…talking about her loving relationship with her family and especially her mother….yeeeeaaaaahhhh….we know how that all ended up…….nuff said.

mk for one, she’s fifteen. how can she be writing a LIFE STORY, if shes only been hannah montana for a couple years. i mean seriously. people who write life stories are people who know hollywood like the back of their hand. she’s not even a good role model. every month or so i see posts- “miley’s back at it again” and im just like are you kidding me. she used to be somebody i liked. until she started getting so full of herself and you had to pay 2000 dollars to see a concert. thats bulllllll. !@#$%^

She is not a terrific role model. There’s being human and normal,but she knew that she was going to get role model status when she went for hannah montana and she knowns what kind of image she needs to have. It different if her behavior was before she became famous, but acting that way right now is not something someone in her position should be doing. Honestly, miley is the perfect example of why parents need to reinforce the fact that these people are just that people. Celebrties should not be role models.
She is also 15 damn years old. Why the hell doe she need a book on her life. Her Primary fanbase is children who don’t care and anything noteworthy in her life came all of last and this past year, all due to the work of disney endorsing her.

If this kids doesn’t come down to earth and have some quiet time, she will be the next Britney Spears. She doesn’t know what reality is. Gotta keep that high going. Within two years she will be in rehab for drug and alcohol abuse.
