Kelly Osbourne is a death metal hooded creature at the inaugural 2008 NME Music Awards at the El Rey Theater on Wednesday in Los Angeles.
The 23-year-old rock princess presented Brooklyn duo MGMT’s recent single “Time To Pretend” with Best Breakthrough Track as voted for by NME’s editors.

she looks fug here. she was funny on the osbornes & i love her decked out in her designer stuff. i don’t think she sings very well but wish her the best.
i was watching this video of mgmt after they won that award. they were talking back stage with NME interviewers. and she was there. and they were asking her about her outfit. and she’s all, “i was trying to go for a bit of an M.I.A. look here.” and i was all, “frrlz, kel-oz? comparing yourself to M.I.A. now? die slow plz.”
