Tom Cruise - More Couch Jumping on Oprah
Tom Cruise is set to return to the Oprah Winfrey Show according to MSNBC, eliciting images of couch jumping and proclaiming his love for wife Katie Holmes.
Tom’s last appearance on Oprah was June 23, 2005, during his promotional period for the film War of the Worlds. His couch jumping incident, however, stole the show.
There are rumors that the show will be taped from Tom’s house in Colorado next Friday and aired Monday May 5th. Just in time for May sweeps, this summer will be the 25th anniversary of Cruise’s cult classic movie, Risky Business.

This is an obvious attempt to try and ‘humanise’ Tom in the eyes of the public. He’s a father, he’s a husband, he’s a good cook, he’s a … you get the picture right?
Show him at home with the kids. Just a normal happy family.
Problem with this is that most of the public will swallow this rubbish.

But the truth is Tom uses his celebrity to meet with government, legislators, education departments, police and fire departments and big business as a representative for the cult of scientology. He does this to introduce their rubbish philosophy and to push their front groups. He is scientology’s number one PR tool. His star is falling and he is on Oprah to get back into favor with the all american audience.

Celebrities help ‘legitimize’ their cause and give them greater acceptability in the eyes of the general public.
This is a CULT. A CULT. No two ways about it.

Tom’s appearance is highly offensive to those who have been used, tormented, lied to, stolen from, hurt, harassed, bullied and even murdered by $cientology practises. Beyond this Tom is a promotion tool for scientology.

Justice would be served better if the whole world classified it as Germany does, as a cult whose primary objective is to make money.

For those of you who are legitimate Tom Cruise fans and cannot understand why so many people question his motives. Please take the time to do a little due diligence on scientology and what it stands for.
I ask this because then you may really understand why so many of us are disgusted with his convenient ignorance and denial on what he represents as the mouthpiece for scientology.
There are thousands of ex members who are now finding the courage to speak out about what they experienced in this cult.
To call this a religion is a injustice of the highest kind.
Scientology is nothing but a sham - a money-making venture masking itself in religious clothing to avoid prosecution, and doing quite well at it, I might add, thanks to their secret deal with the IRS that gives them preferential treatment over any other religion in the US.

I like Tom Cruise. I think he’s genuinely a nice person, the media have just made him out to be weird. And there are worse things in life than Scientology…much worse…i.e. drug abuse…war…pedophilia just to name a few. Leave him alone already…and Katie.
